Hitched Towbars Omdömen

Brandon Baxter was my fitter for a new tow bar on my BMW estate. Brandon was extremely professional throughout, even though it was an extremely hot day.
Very efficient , friendly service.

Highly recommend.

I want to just take a moment to thank hitched for their support yesterday. I emailed with a minor Towbar issue with the detachable Towbar fitted a few weeks ago (nothing to do with hitched's installation or anything they'd done). I think, within the hour I was contacted by one of their team and he talked me through some potential solutions and whilst he was there, on the phone, we managed to fix it. It was prompt, friendly, knowledgable service with a great outcome and left me so pleased that I used your company in the first place. Thank you so much hitched - recommended!

Arrived on time and all fitted to a professional standard, everything went smoothly and up and running.

I have to say these guys are amazing! I had a tow bar fitted today by Mark all went well apart from a light on the dash showed an error, he stayed for well over his time trying to fix it to no avail! I get a call back from Kieran saying he knows what the problem is and drove all the way back to sort it!
Excellent service would highly recommend
One satisfied customer

Excellent experience with Hitched. Responded to my quote request promptly with a competitive price. Booked in within 2 weeks. Texted the sunday before with an estimated arrival time and a precise time that morning. Brandon was friendly and completed the job without issue. Gave a us a full demo before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

I got several quotes. Hitched offered the best price. They turned up when they said, did a great job fitting the towbar. Absolutely perfect.

The quality of the parts and fitting was superb. Excellent service throughout the process, with great customer support, speed of delivery and the fitting itself. They even included an upgraded towbar in the price. Highly recommend

Hitched towbars were reasonably priced turned up on time and on the date arranged and the young man who fitted who's name is Brandon was polite and very helpful he explained what he was doing we would highly recommend this company and also thanks to Brandon and Kieran

I was somewhat apprehensive when looking for a company to fit my tow bar to my pride & joy, this soon evaporated once i contacted hitched tow bars, from the offset a very professional outfit, great communication from Kieron who explained everything i ask for and a competitive price as well.
on the day of the fitting everything went to plan, James was very knowledgeable, polite and a thoroughly nice bloke.
everything was explained beforehand to again reassure me as the tow bar was being fitted to a range rover vogue autobiography with an SV trim which may required a small cut. Once the job was finished in little over 2 hours, the cut to the trim was hardly noticeable and the fit was perfect and looked great, again all explained to me the workings of all the component parts.
i would highly recommend this company as this outfit is the benchmark for all others to aspire to. many thanks again James & Kieran

Great people,
Fitted a towbar to my Skoda Superb Estate, turned up on time and was very friendly and just great overall!
Would recommend to anyone who needs a towbar

I honestly couldn't fault the service. Everyone we interacted with were great, knowledgeable and professional.even when they encountered a small glitch with a fuse. My mind was put at ease and it was rectified to a high standard. Their quote was also very reasonable especially for specialist/ model specific fittings. Which were much higher elsewhere. Highly recommended

Fantastic service and professional company. Kieran was a great advert for hitched towbars and in Brandon a excellent technician. He kept me informed on timings from his previous job and when he started he explained what was happening and progress being made - he finished exactly at the time he estimated. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Excellent service. Fitter was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Would highly recommend. Excellent service from start to finish and reasonable price. I asked alot of questions and I was never made to feel unable to ask questions.

I wanted a tow bar fitted to my 2022 KIA Sportage GT-Line S and got a few quotes. Hitched Towbars Ltd were competitively priced and their reviews were 5 star, so I went with them, and wasn’t disappointed.

I chose the detachable swan neck and retractable electrics for ascetics purposes and just in case the parking sensors picked it up. As it turned out, they didn’t, so I’ve left it on.

Communication was great. I spoke with Kieran via phone and email to ensure I got the right tow bar and bike rack that I needed (which they supplied). Kieran was quick to respond to emails and was really helpful.

Brendon fitted the tow bar and 13 pin electrics. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took photos at each stage of the process, and when torching up the bolts. He helped me fit the bike rack for the first time which was a learning curve for both of us.

James came and fitted my towbar
Absolute amazing service
Very knowledgeable
Kind and took his time to explain everything including answering all questions I had.

1000% highly recommend

James came and fitted a detachable swan neck tow bar to my new car you can't tell he's done any work on the car with the swan neck detached first class workmanship I would highly recommend thankyou again

Out of 5 companies I requested a quote from for a tow bar fitting on my car, Hitched tow bars got back to me first with the lowest price and quickest appointment. From the moment I accepted the quote, Kieran sent simple instructions on how to make payment to book and answered questions I had promptly. On the day of my tow bar installation James informed me of his ETA and was professional and polite throughout, answering any questions I had and explained and demonstrated the work he had carried out on completion.
I would highly recommend Hitched tow bars, Thank you.

Like most, I shopped around for a quote for a tow bar for my Octavia,
In all honesty there wasn't much difference on price, however I decided to go with Hitched Towbars as the reviews speak for them self's.

James came at short notice to my work place to fit and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable & took the time to explain and demonstrate how to use it.

I can't fault the service and am very happy with my new tow bar, I'm also happy I decided to pay a bit more for for a detachable swan neck as I only wanted it for a bike rack, so I'm happy it can be stowed away when not being used.

All in all I would be happy to recommend this business & would happily use again if I ever needed another tow bar fitting in the future!

Can’t fault this chap in any way
Far superior service
Would highly recommend
I have stored his number for friends and family and also future reference
