Unfortunately I fell for this scam and really ashamed of it. I could’ve bought my mother 20+ kgs of rice for this price.

What a load off rubbish
£19 four purple serum to make your yellow teeth turn white does not work refused to give me a refund place should be closed down

Part of my order was missing customer service do not reply and PayPal is not helping, no company address or telephone number is listed anywhere, I need to issue a small claim to the courts.

I ordered more than a week ago and paid for 2 to 4 day delivery-nearly 2 weeks later; what order?! Not even any correspondance received to advise despatch, let alone any sight of the order. I emailed enquiring when will my order be sent but my email was clearly ignored. No order received to date and obviously I have no confidence in receiving a refund with these people directly.

If ordering, use a credit card or other payment medium ie Paypal/Klarna/Clearpay. DO NOT use debit card as there will be little or no purchase protection. Better still, stay away and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Not worth the risk. You wont be smiling after feeling you've been scammed.

Hismile V34 Colour Corrector Serum product doesn't actually work. I have tried as the company have stated different methods of applying the product with no change what so ever. I asked for a refund of the product within 30 days based on Consumer Rights Act. The company state that if the product is opened they will not accept returns. This company policy clearly identifies that they know there is no recourse as to try the product requires it to be opened. They also use false advertising with using well known TV personalities and cut these out appropriately to imply that they have endorsed the product. It's incredible how money and 'legal policy' now replaces morals.

Not sure if everyone is having the same experience but its taking forever to receive the kit. Ive emailed them and they said its on its way but its been nearly 5 weeks.

Fake company , took my money and now they don’t want to send the product

This review is not about the product. As I can't use it, due to the teeth whitening device being broke, to be specific the LED light doesn't work..

So I ordered my kit. It came in a timely manly. I followed the instructions and as stated above the LED light doesn't work. So I went to HI SMILE contacted them through their website on the 15th April, to tell them I had a faulty product, heard nothing back. I waited two days, then contacted them on the 17th April, also heard nothing back. So on the 19th April I sent another message via their website, this time asking if I could send the product back for a refund, as I personally found my customer service experience poor and the tooth whitening device doesn't work. So I can't use the kit. We are now on the 21st April and I have still heard nothing back.

Ive had to contact clear pay who I paid through..They have advised that, wait until the 22nd April, two days before my second payment is due and if HI SMILE haven't contacted me, they will try to contact them on my behalf

I appreciate we are in the midst of covid-19 and HI SMILE are in a different time zone to myself. But I sent my first email six days ago and I've heard nothing back .I might need to practise more patience. But I'm genuinely not happy..

I had really high expectations for HI SMILE as the reviews they have are excellent regards to their products and their customer service. But unfortunately I haven't experienced that.

In the current climate we are in. Its causing unnecessary stress. Just a courtesy email back is all I'd like.

But I just want to send the product back and get a refund.
