Elliot walked us through the platform use click by click which was important for us. We were only looking for one person but ended up hiring 2 people as the candidates put forward were very good.

Hiring Hub has been instrumental in my transition into the recruitment market, offering industry insights and a diverse range of job opportunities. This has enabled me to explore various sectors before pinpointing my niche.

Hiring Hub is a perfect example of a Recruitment Marketplace. They have right from entry level to Director level positions for all the industries for the UK region. Their Account Managers play a very important role in client communication and are always on top of each position. The only con I noticed is that it is very challenging for a new agency to get your engagement requests approved from clients.

Great Hub, makes life easier, more efficient, and more productive. we will keep using it as much as possible

We were really impressed with the easy process of hiring though this platform after previously struggling to fill this role in-house. The service provided by Emma was great and she was very helpful. I look forward to hopefully working with Hiring Hub again for any future vacancies.

Holly was great - helped me through the use of the portal and showed me how simple the Hiring Hub was. We received some excellent CV's - the companies used by the Hiring Hub were pro-active and presented me with exactly what I was looking for. Holly was always a call away and made the hiring process a very quick and easy one.

We have just begun using Hiring Hub after a short break away from their services. Our onboarding process and introduction has been excellent, Daniel Hobson has been great, friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him over the next year.

The Hiring Hub platform is very easy to use and I have found a great calibre of candidate being submitted. Having all jobs and CV submissions in one place is very useful. Having a dedicated account manager who liaises with the agencies is very beneficial. It has been a real pleasure working with Holly Suddaby. She has been a constant, professional support.

I got some food clients and roles to work on with HH and have made a couple of placements. Thanks to Daniel their Customer Success Manager

Hiring Hub may not work for every agency looking to get clients via their platform, ours was perhaps one such. We started working from January 2023, and reviewed in May 2023, when this situation was acknowledged by Hiring Hub in one of their emails to us: "...As discussed, you feel you're not getting value out of Hiring Hub due to not being engaged on any roles despite requesting to work on 15 in the last month. We want to fix this as soon as possible and see that you are being given an opportunity on roles and we're beginning to produce a tangible ROI for you on the platform." Since this was not working, we requested for a refund. They agreed to refund 50% of the £4500 of fees taken. As it stands today, they have now come back regretting their ability to give this 50% refund.

The main issue you might find is - they have corporate customers who may not pick up or interact with any of your candidates you forward through the platform. Assuming the clients are genuine and real, the HH portal should have led to some interaction or interviews with their clients.

If it works for other agencies, as in some cases it would, then good luck to them and to HH, but we have not been able to get any ROI for our investment. It is a shame as the website seems attractive in the first instance. Hope they stabilize and deliver some value for the money received.

Please exercise caution when making an investment decision at least till they improve their ability to keep their promise.

Since the refund was not provided, we are reluctantly agreeing to pause the subscription till their operation improves. The two stars are for the platform potential and for polite (albeit in the end unhelpful) interactions from Jordan Lopez, their commercial director.

The whole experience has been smooth, fantastic value for money and the quality of candidates we've received has been great. We used the Hiring Hub platform to hire 3 telemarketing business development consultants. Elliot, our account manager, has taken us through the process effortlessly and always has a positive outlook which always brightens my day! The platform is very simple to use, intuitive and the agency selection is easy with lots of choice. I'd recommend Hiring Hub for any sales recruitment.

We used the Hiring Hub platform to hire a sales trainer. The experience was seamless from start to finish. I had a dedicated account manager who guided me through the whole process, set up calls with agencies for them to understand our criteria and requirements in more detail. This meant that we had more candidates who were congruent with the job spec and company culture. Ultimately this saved me time and filled the role quicker that we would have otherwise. The kanban board format makes it super-simple to move candidates through interview stages. I would highly recommend using Hiring Hub for general and harder-to-fill roles.

Joe and Danni have been great through the whole process. The platform is easy to use, informative and comes with direct account management. I have referred two agencies to them I would highly recommend for any agency.

Hiring Hub is by far the best way to get candidates all in one place, filter through to the highest quality candidates and find the best recruiters to work with across the UK.

We struggled to fill our customer success role before using Hiring Hub due to using only one recruiter and waiting on a good candidate to appear.

Was a great experience to be able to post a job in a few minutes with the help of our account manager Elliot (who has been great!), then see the recruiters pitch for the role within a few hours. Being able to then pick and choose who you want to use to find your candidates is unique from what we've used in the past.

We had 15+ interviews booked in over 2 weeks and found an awesome candidate to join us and help us grow our customer success team in just over 20 days from initial call through multiple interview stages and then offer all made through the platform.

Would highly recommend Hiring Hub to businesses of any size who are looking to collate the best recruiters and candidates in one place - the key to myself and our senior team was how easy it was to get candidates through the 'pipeline', give feedback and hire effectively and efficiently.

As we continue to grow, we already have a number of roles we're going to be getting on HH so we can hire with speed and confidence that we're getting top candidates in the market.

I highly recommend Hiring Hub to all in house recruiters with difficult to fill or urgent positions. We were new to the platform and filled 2 niche positions (1 that had been open 6+ months) in less than 2 months! The account management team were supportive in guiding me through all steps in the process (not because the platform is difficult to use but because I was short on time and needed to move quickly). And the recruiters I met through the platform, who were all new to me, were brilliant to work with.

I feel the difference with hiring hub vs working directly with agencies is that agencies only put themselves forward to work the role if they genuinely feel it's within their expertise or if they already have a candidate in mind. Also, you can limit the number of CVs each agency can submit to ensure quality. There were only 1 or 2 CVs that I received that weren't right for the roles. Overall I was very impressed with the high calibre of talent put forward by the agencies via the Hub compared to previous agencies who'd worked the role. I would not hesitate to use the Hub again.

An excellent experience! Once again Hiring Hub have helped us to recruit and fill a role within our Company efficiently and with a great result. I find that using the platform extremely easy and being able to communicate with all agencies through one dashboard saves time and improves the quality of feedback that we are able to give each candidate.

Great experience with Hiring Hub. Really allowed our agency to work nationwide with some large companies, interesting roles that have been great to work on. User friendly platform is also a bonus and customer success team always on hand for support.

Hiring Hub is a great concept.
It enables one (the user looking to recruit new team members) to work with multiple recruiters while keeping them all in one place. Also, you're in control of the communication, so it reduces nuisance calls etc.
It is the cherry on top if you're lucky enough to have Vanessa as your Account Manager! :)
