having worked with hiring hub over a few years now we have seen a huge difference with excellent communication and engagement with my staff and a real desire to help us succeed.

While client relationships might not be as close as with our own client base hiring hub ensure the channels of communication are fluid and remain very positive at all times.

Hiring Hub are a very useful tool to compliment our own business development and if you are prepared to liaise closely with their account managers it can really prove extremely successful and a huge part of your business.

Hiring Hub is very good at communicating so you constantly know when you have responses from candidates or acceptances. Our account manager is always easy to contact to make any relevant changes. I would recommend.

Hiring Hub have been fantastic from day one, they've supported us every step of the way.

We initially spent a day working with their customer services team to ensure we new exactly what we were getting involved in and how the system worked and once we were happy and signed up, (there was no pressure to do so at all) we met our account manager Yung.

Yung went out of her way to ensure we got the most out of the system but always ensured we were realistic with our expectations. We managed to exceed those expectations in the first month with Yung's help.

Hiring Hub is easy to use and such a simple concept but what makes it so successful is the people. They're a great team who even made a point of ensuring they came to see us in the first couple of weeks- which was no easy feat given the geography.

As an agency, if you need your account manager or someone else within HH, they are always readily available for you. Very attentive to the needs of their agencies. Helped me get my first deal over the line, with more to come I am sure.
Only annoyance I have come across is ownership of candidates, which in turn cost me a very substantial deal. I do believe there needs to be a better representation process, rather than an agency showing they have dialled the number of the candidate as evidence, in comparison to us having an email from the candidate directly confirming representation. There needs to be a focus on quality, rather than agencies spamming over candidates, which would be very detrimental to this recruiting solution.
