Good service
Good service. The description on website about what is general waste and renovation waste is vague. The driver who delivers the skip will tell whether you need to upgrade to a more expensive skip. Upcharge was reasonable.

Website was extremely informative and easy to use. Bin was delivered on time and left where instructions asked and picked up on the day it was meant to (not left there for days like other companies sometimes do)

Second time we've used this provider…
Second time we've used this provider and we are happy with the service in general.
Only concern was with the pick up of the bin which was located on a paved driveway. The driver loaded another full bin on top of the bin in the driveway before lifting both onto the truck.
Paved driveways aren't typically designed to take that type of double load. Perhaps the driver should consider an alternative retrieval process to minimise any potential and unnecessary damage to property.

Very professional and were kind and flexible when I asked to extend for 2 days after the driver had already arrived to collect the bin. A lot of other companies wouldn't have been as understanding as these guys were.
