I hired a 17 seater minibus for 2 separate days everything was great nothing to much trouble van was clean and great to drive.staff were great 100% recommend.

Exceptional Customer Service
I had lost the key to the van around 8.30 on a sunday morning of all days!
I called the Hire Me office not expecting the call to be answered and the owner of the company (Shahid) answered the phone. I explained the situation and he allowed me to go and collect a replacement key subject to a deposit which I was happy to pay.
The van was due back at 9 a.m. I returned it at 10.15 a.m.and expected to have to pay for another days hire. Under the circumstances, Shahid kindly waived the additional days hire. I really didnt expect this kind of empathy and understanding from a modern day large outfit like Hire Me.
Shahid, you are a true gentleman and I just wanted to say thank you as well as letting your customers know that you run an excellent business!

Merthyr Branch exceptional
Merthyr Branch was exceptional. Hired a van on 2 occasions; brilliant service for both.Vans were clean with half a tank of petrol. Staff were really helpful. Rates very competitive. Would use again without hesitation .

Don't even deserve 1 star, avoid at all costs paid a fortune to have these people move me and broke my TV and lost a part of my furniture and won't admit liability, scumbags
