Hire Cars in Spain Omdömen

I have used Martin from Hire Cars In Spain for around 8 years, and 4 times in the last year alone. The service is totally reliable, competitive and above all outstanding in terms of personal interactions. Martin has phoned me personally (even on a Sunday!) to help me facilitate a car hire. But the biggest recommendation, is that Martin is there for you on the rare occasions (only once for me) when anything goes wrong. Martin makes every endeavour to resolve any issues personally, by following up on your behalf with regular communication until the matter is fully resolved. Which it was 😊

Once again we were able to enjoy a worry free car hire during our 3 week holiday. We selected the all inclusive option which was very competitive, but more importantly a simple, reliable, and professional service.

We have used HCIS regularly for many years and highly recommend them; easy to contact and have a very good relationship with the suppliers.

Thank you,

Dave

I have used Martin and Hire cars in Spain for over 10 years and have booked through him all across the world probably 30 times. The service is outstanding and I often get emails and calls out of hours. The pricing is always spot on. I have recommended him to many friends, family and work colleagues and would never use anyone else . 11/10

Recently visited Spain with the family and Hire Cars in Spain were highly recommended by a friend. We booked 2 cars for the family which included 2 babies and their needs. The process was simple and done without any stress. All transport from the airport to the car rental place was all arranged for us and was waiting on arrival. No problems with the cars and again, no stress which is what you don't need on holiday! Could not recommend this company more and will now be my 1st point of call when hiring a car in Spain.

We were recommended Martin via a friend. He was incredibly helpful and booked a hire car for us within 48 hours of contact. He was flexible, informative and went above and beyond in finding us a car that best suited our needs (he found lots of different pick up options, financial options and car type options). Martin was always happy to answer our questions and ensured the process was so smooth. Thank you so much for sorting this for us!! We will definitely be using your services again. Dominique & Callum.

Been using this company for over ten years excellent! Try using do you spain and something goes wrong you have no chance of resolving it.

I have been booking cars with Martin for well over 10 years and definitely recommend this company. No other company provides detail information to ensue you are ‘key ready’ - think of the inconvenience and having to deal with the small print or expensive costs.

Always great value for money and hassle free holiday, even before you arrive. He does the work, you enjoy the experience.

We have hired probably around 20 cars via HCIS and would not use anyone else. We always book fully inclusive insurance and never have any issues. Martin and Gordon are only too happy to give advise if asked and are very friendly and professional. 10/10 for us.

my dad needed the service and all went well
thanks

This is the first time I have hired a car in Spain and what a fabulous experience.
I was so lucky to find Hire Cars in Spain and especially Martin!
Excellent communication, support and really quick at answering my queries. Very reliable and just took away the stress of hiring a car!
Thank you so much! I will be back!

This exactly why I have used this agent for over 10yrs - no hidden cost, excellent value, reliable and always helpful.

They take away the stress of hiring a car, so you can relax and enjoy the holiday.
Already booked my car for September.

We have used Hire Cars in Spain for many years now and never had any problems, always helpful and always at the end of the phone / email if you need them. Yes mistakes can happen, but if you look over the documents any issues can be quickly resolved. Remember they are not the car hire company, they are a broker and a dam good one too.

Have used this company for around 15 years and cannot fault their service

You cannot go wrong with this company so helpful so knowledgeable the very best in hire cars believe me .
Martin has helped me for many years and would not go anywhere else they are the best .

Always helpful, email or telephone them for a quick reply.
If in doubt, don't hesitate to call HC IN Spain.

Hassle free experience.
Small que on arrival, but you could experience that anywhere.
The staff were very helpful, and did their best to get everybody served quickly.

Have booked about 15 times with these guys, always great value, reliable and something quite unusual these days, very easy to contact including by phone! Highly recommended and read their tips if you don't often hire cars, it will save you £££'s. Don't waste your time trawling the internet, I used to but not anymore. Thanks Guys!

A unique company for car hire, it’s family owned who really care and will do anything to look after their customers, thank you Martin for your help over the years it’s good to know you are always there if I need help

Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a problem with the rental company in Spain and they really helped to sort it out. I thoroughly recommend this company, they are also very well priced so what’s not to like!

Great that they are a Uk based company and good communication even out of office hours. From when we arrived at the airport the shuttle was waiting to pick customers up and check in was very smooth within 20 mins start to finish we were driving the car. Car was spotless and just what we ordered Upon drop off smooth process and returned back to airport highly recommend will definitely be using you again 😀
