Product is high calibre, delivery was prompt & generally very pleased to be using Hiplok products.

They made a mistake in shipping but were really fast to respond and resolve the issue (shoutout to Milly for their help!) So far, the lock is great, a bit small, but I suppose that makes it a bit harder to get at for thieves, so that's nice. Overall, I like it 👍

I ordered, then the product came.

The product itself is superb. I had seen video reviews on social media and all were favourable. I found the ordering process simple and easy . On ordering it was stated that it might take a couple of weeks to be delivered which it did but at least that was stated at the ordering stage and I wasn’t left thinking where is my order . I received an email to say my order had been shipped and it arrived a couple of days later .Very happy with the experience I had buying from HIPLOK.

After speaking with the team our business chose to get two keyed-alike D-Locks at £250 each and we purchased two of their keyrings to go with each lock. Only one turned up and I was asked to photograph the box to prove it was only one as the warehouse team were confident they'd sent both. Photos were sent and eventually, because their response time is about 24hrs, two D-locks were keyed-alike and posted. Meanwhile, I was asked to return the original, single D-lock. I printed off their returns label as instructed but after re-wrapping and sticking the label on and taking it to our local post office, I was told the package was too heavy for the return amount paid for by Hiplock. So I returned home with the package and reported this to customer service who, after the weekend, then instructed me they'd send another label out. They didn't and so I chased this and one was supplied. I then printed this off again, stuck it to the parcel and am hoping it sends this afternoon. I received the two keyed-alike D-locks far later than was necessary but the keyring were not in the box. So, I wrote to customer services again and asked what they would like to do - they are sending two out to us today.

There's clearly a breakdown in the communications going on at Hiplock which needs addressing.

It's a shame that as a customer purchasing over £500 worth of their products, I was not offered something by way of covering the large amount of my time they have wasted with returns and working my business and it's dependance on their products around their repeated delays. I hope they can look at this for future customers too as I'm reluctant to return because of this experience.

Ich schließe mein E-MTB "fully" mit dem E-DX (zwei Schlösser) ab. Immer wieder staunen meine Kollegen über das Hiplok wie lang und unkompliziert man ein Rad+Rahmen an etwas festes anschließen kann ohne das es auf Spannung ist. Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten die Kette zu nutzen und mit dem bügelschloß zu schließen. Das kleine Flachbandschloss was dabei lag eignet sich gut zum Fixieren des schweren Schlosssystems am Gepäckträger oder um Helm, Akkufach oder das Rad selbst kurzfristig vorm Bäcker abzuschließen.

Easy to use website. Insurance recommended. Acceptable price with my money off voucher.

I had my eye on a folding bikelock for a while. My D lock was just too bulky to put in my gym bag and I had no way of mounting it to the frame. The bottle cage boss mounting system of the Hiplok Switch looked ideal so as Hiplok were offering a £15 discount I took the plunge and ordered. The lock was delivered in a couple of days. The mounting bracket was easy to fit and the lock sits in it securely. The lock itself is sturdy but easy to use. I can easily lock the frame and rear wheel to a Sheffield Stand. It seems ideal for my purposes - locking the bike for a couple of hours outside the gym and in town.

100% for service but 0% for shipping.. I know hiplock is doing everything they can to make sure I receive my order but it was lost by usps and I have to wait longer now to receive my order which is frustrating.

But the service I got was quick and efficient. Hopefully I receive my order soon!

Very strong lock with light weight. Always register your key just in case you need replacement. I did.

Hiplok E-DX chain & D-lock.
Heavy, so not something I would carry around all the time, only when I'm going to leave the bike. Does the necessary job in the garage. Keeps the insurance happy....
