Posting on here as they now trade under salt lamps.co.uk Ordered 31st January, order confirmed and money taken. Was advertised as next day shipping. Still not received my order 15 days later. Says it’s been dispatched by Amazon Shipping USA are waiting for further shipping details. This company is in the UK and registered in the UK and my order is also in the UK so I have no idea why Amazon USA is involved. All my shipping details and delivery address are correct and confirmed on order receipt. I’ve emailed 3 times and contacted them through the ‘Contact us’ link on their website… no reply or acknowledgment. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are a con. Will happily falsely advertise, take your money and go awol. Given other reviews, I’ll be taking to ombudsman to get you closed and stop you from trading!.

I ordered a Saltlamp from this company paying £24:99which arrived promptly. On opening the package there was what appeared to be a big crack in the lamp a separation of the salt. I have sent 4 emails requesting replacement or refund and as yet I have had no acknowledgment or response. I am absolutely disgusted with the none existent customer service. They take your order and money very promptly but they do not match this efficiency when dealing with any issues regarding their products. Wish I had read the reviews prior to spending my hard earn money and hope this review will help others avoid the mistake I have made. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Received a broken product, not given a replacement or refund, customer service shocking!

Sent a faulty product and wouldn’t either give a refund or send a replacement. Complete cons, avoid!!

This company are thieves. They send faulty products- take your money- won’t do returns or refunds and then completely blank any communication attempts. Criminals…

I ordered one of the large salt lamps and pack of 3 bulbs, totally £55.39. Website said next day delivery. Tried to contact them by phoning the mobile number after waiting a week and leaving a message, no one ever got back to me. Tried sending email but no proper response. Now have asked for refund as the lamp and bulbs haven't even been despatched yet. Going on to 4 weeks on and have heard nothing back. Definitely scammers, feel really fooled as their Website looked so good.

Sorry but you don’t warrant a star! All the comments made with previous customer reviews are 💯% correct. Please don’t waste your time, and your hard earned money. I received a call from the alleged homeowner of this company’s returns address and he is nothing to do with this company.

Do not buy from this company, the product never came. Had to go through bank in order to get a refund.

I would not use this company. I bought a lamp from them which turned out to be faulty, I have emailed several times and tried phoning with no response. I would use your hard earned money elsewhere.

Faulty lamp - no response
I received one of these lamps for Christmas but unfortunately it doesn't work - I believe there is a problem with the cable. After numerous attempts to request a replacement there has been no response. Absolutely apalling service. Judging by my experience - and that of many other customers - you should AVOID this company at all costs.

I paid for two lamps at the beginning of December and only received one. I emailed them and received and email back asking for a video of the product and a picture of the packaging which I sent them. I have emailed them 4 times since and had no reply so I can only assume that they have taken my money and have no intention of sending me the second product. Disgraceful service and would never buy from them again.

Please please please do not trust. I have also been scammed by them. I feel very stupid. Their website just gives a mobile number for contact and check out the address they use. Look on Google maps! Hmmm. I will be contacting trading standards, I urge others to do the same. They need shutting down.

I ordered a replacement cable for a gift however when recieved the item was not working. I emailed customer services and did receive a response and was asked to forward a video which I did. They eventually replied stating they would forward a replacement to me and apologised. However 6 _ 7 weeks later I have still not received a replacement. I emailed last week to request a refund as they had not responded to a previous email requesting if a replacement was on its way, to date no response to any of my emails. Very sad to have to write this review however i will not be using this company again. Please beware i should have read previous reviews before buying from this site,

Ordered 6-8kg lamp with dimmer switch & spare bulb. Received 4.5kg lamp without dimmer switch & smashed bulb. Haven’t responded to email or phone calls. Avoid this cowboy company

The aftersales service is awful. My lamp arrived and so far that is ok. I ordered 2 candle holders and 2 foot scrubs, they only supplied 1 candle holder and 1 foot scrub.I have sent around 10 emails requesting they fulfil the order, eventually got a reply, they asked for photos of my order, I sent this , send further 4 emails , as yet no reply and I still do not have a complete order, so they have effectively stolen from me. I told them in email multiple times I would add a poor review, they have left me with no alternative! If I do experience any future issues with my lamp I imagine I will be ignored again too! I’m taking this to trading standards! Appalling customer service, so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awfull service.
Ordered a salt lamp from them and the lamp broke after 4 months due to an obvious faulty design. We argued that we didnt want the same lamp again, since we anticipated that it would break again, but they said the only thing they could do was sending us a replacement. We received a replacement but that broke within 24H. We wanted to return both lamps but they told us we had to pay for the delivery our self and no guarantee they would give us our money back.

The worst company I have had to deal with in a long time. Ordered a lamp in their 4-6kg range, and they sent me one considerably lighter and smaller. I e-mailed them and they responded saying that the lamps are of an approximate size and not guaranteed. What absolute nonsense. Why have weight ranges then? Their customer services have been absolutely abysmal. Stay away from this company.

I bought a Himalayan Salt Lamp RGB Block for £34.99 back on 28/01/22, the remote control broke after 4 months, then the lamp itself broke 7 months after purchase. I contacted their customer service, they said they could not send a replacement in my case, I disagreed and after three more replies, they send they wouldn't talk to me again. After this I had a good look at their terms of service, basically, it's a disclaimer saying they can do what the hell they like!

Terrible service - ordered one product, they sent another. When we contacted them to resolve this, they repeatedly sent the same stock email requiring us to provide a video clip describing the problem!
Unclear whether communicating with a real person or a bot. After almost a week of chasing them, still no progress has been made resolving this issue
Definitely not worth the hassle, hopefully this issue will be resolved eventually and won't be purchasing from them in future
