Wow what can I say my wife Carol made an enquiry one evening and Immediately Karen Responded by emailing us many potential properties for sale within our budget. Karen was very responsive & Proffesional to any request we made about houses we wanted to view in Villa Martin we arrived in Spain and Karen had arranged for us to meet Richard who Drove us around at least 30 - 40 properties over 3 visits to Spain Richard is a first class gent with vast knowledge of the area & a very proffesional knowledge of the property market, whilst showing us around all the different properties we also got to know the Area well and Richard made us feel very welcomed Richard explained to us the best places to go where to eat and dine plus he took us to all the beaches all this makes is really important when you don't know an area and it made all the difference to us to make our decision as we felt we really wanted to buy in Villa Martin after Richard went Above & Beyond showing us the properties and the different aspects of Villa Martin he even offered to Drive us to the Airport on the day we departed back to the UK, Eventually we liked at least 3 or 4 properties and it wasn't to much for Richard to drive us back to these properties so we could make up our mind on what property we wanted and eventually we settled with the one we bought.

It was a very positive experience working with Lorrainne, Sarah and Glen. What a great team. Glen drove me around for 2 days and we managed to look at 11 properties, and we found “the one”. Also, it’s not a case of here are the keys and off you go. They are available post purchase to take care of any queries or to offer additional services such as being a key-holder in times of absence. Can’t recommend them enough.

Karen & Richard were fabulous when we looked for our house earlier this year. No time wasting looking round endless properties. They understood what we wanted and we found the perfect house on our first viewing. Also helpful with providing good solicitors Alfonso at Imont, who was very efficient and kept us informed. Can’t recommend them all enough.

My wife and I originally dealt with Lorraine from the UK, she would send us properties to build a shortlist. This helped Lorraine assess what our must haves were. Lorraine then handed us over to Ryan Butler, Ryan was an absolute gentleman and met with us on two visits to the Costa Del Sol. He guided us through the buying process and advised of all the potential costs and add ons. We are delighted with our new home in Benalmadena. Since we bought it, Ryan has stayed in contact and assisted me in many ways, silly things like how to open the glass curtains, but he went out of his way to show me.
