hilmabiocare.eu IS A SCAM!

They never sent me my products.
Doesn’t answer their telegram or whatsapp.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Please read this before purchasing from HilmaBiocare.EU. This is now a scam, I placed my order with them via their website for goods totalling £198.98. I did this using online banking, which unfortunately means I have no way of getting my money back. If I used my card or PayPal then I would have more of a chance of a claim. I have used HilmaBiocare EU back in September 2023, where I went through the same process and received my items. Then I used HilmaBiocare UK last November 2024 and again I received my items. Both times paying by bank transfer, so I had no concerns ordering from HilmaBiocare EU for a second time. This time it was the same process, I placed the order on their website, they then emailed me confirmation of my order, then I received a follow up email with their bank details. Please note on all 3 occasions the bank details have always been someone’s personal bank, which have been different every time. I then sent through proof of my purchase, as they said it would speed up the process, but that’s when they went radio silent. I tried emailing them and contacted them on Telegram but to no avail. I personally believe that their lab has been compromised, but they are still taking orders and pocketing people’s money. I notice that there are some positive reviews on here, but none as recent as mine. Please avoid this company at all costs, I am now out of pocket and my only saving grace would be if my review will help other people from being scammed out of their hard earned money.

Scams, thefts never sent me the products.
I pay but never sent me the product, neither never answer to email.
Don't order you will loose your money.

They have a great customer service, always reply to my emails, great prices and most importantly, My orders ALWAYS arrive. So far I have never had an issue with them to this day. Highly recommend.

Had to make 2 payment cuz first was blocked by his bank.
28 days later still not received anything

Order placed and paid via paypal. 14 days and counting order still on hold. Support is awful and they dont reply to emails.

An update my order was never sent.Do not buy from this site they are scammers.
