I didn't receive the product I ordered, but although it was some months later (due to lockdown) the company did come back to me and process a refund, which was much appreciated.

I made a small purchase recently, and wrote an email asking some questions about a couple of items. They were very very low cost items, but the management still took the time to send a “personal” email to me. Brilliant. It shows me a company that really cares. That says it all to me

Very good just want i required to fit the glassware

Specified PVC, tried to sell me non PVC as "same specification." Got caught out some time ago as well, when they refused refund, or replacement even after sending me samples that proved they had not sent PVC in the 1st place.

Incomplete order
I have tried to call to discuss this order and email and had no response, shocking service

Ordered Leak stop 6 weeks ago . just received it , but received spray `n` seal instead.
Their customer number was rung. A 50 MINUTE WAIT until I was first in the queue. That is a lot of wrong orders!! The foreign sounding gentleman took 10 minutes to sort it out and even then could not tell me weather I was to return the wrong goods or to keep them. No information on the delay but as the bank a/c had not been debited I assumed that the order had been lost especially as no acknowledgment of the order was sent.

Ordered plant tying tubing. It was far too weak and broke much too easily
making it pretty useless. Despite many emails and phone calls I have had no
success in arranging a refund - I do however keep getting promo emails from them! I finally obtained a refund from my credit card company. So I have to report very poor service from Hilltop

Excellent Service, I ordered the wrong thing on line, rang up they sorted it out and sent me out the correct item without any fuss.

April 2020 Mid COVID 19 outbreak, Hilltop Products, expedited a very important delivery of products to support a high hazard Ministry of Defence asset, which was directly being utilised to support the fight against the outbreak.

Communication throughout the process was effortless, delivery was above and beyond expectations, and the products were of superb quality.

Hilltop pulled out all the stops for me at a time when getting hold of equipment at short notice is nearly impossible at this challenging time . I had a repair to do on a plastic tank for a company making hand sanitizer for the NHS. Despite trading at restricted capacity I got a quick response to my email and had all the things I needed that afternoon.
Great service and will definitely be using them again.
