Please accept my apologies for my delay in responding to you.
We currently offer two face visors for £5.99, these visors can be reused and washed, they are 100% recyclable and are fully CE Certified - Being utilised in NHS facilities.
It is true that there are better quality masks available, but for these, the costs would be at least £20.00/Unit.
Throughout this period of uncertainty, we have strived to offer high-quality, ethically-priced products - Making returns only to cover operating costs.
Therefore, I am sorry you feel this way; I can only apologise for that. But, I do genuinely believe we are offering a good quality, UK Made, CE Certified product which has received lots of positive feedback from customers across all industries.
With regards to the postage, the £3.50 charged is very much a standard within the industry, that being said over £50 spend we do offer free carriage. Unfortunately, it would not be economically possible to offer reduced carriage on orders under £10.

The cork stopper you supplied has a defect running the full depth of the stopper along its edge meaning it is incapable of providing a good seal. I phoned in and reported the problem and was told that someone who deals with complaints would call me back. To date nobody has. I am expecting a replacement cork stopper.

Appalling customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong size of product and was advised a refund would not be considered until I ordered the correct product. Appalling customer service. I will never order from Hilltop again.

Automatic hand sanitiser very good although delivery was poor. Paid for next working day and item was 4 working days before arrival, Ordered late pm on Friday ( Expected delivery on Tuesday and after several calls the Item arrived on the following Thursday.

I don’t have a good experience with this company I ordered the item and I would like to return and refund the item because it’s a wrong item I tried to call them, webform, Emails and chats but not even single responds from them to let me know how to return and refund the item. The same and answer on chat that someone will Comical to me .. but no one .. How come they don’t know the process of return and refund the item ? Or they just want to take the money of you .? Really not happy with the product and customer service

Order processing and support let them down
Product quality good but order processing and support lets the company down. Product was dispatched in a different length and quantity to that ordered (and invoiced) which made it short for our application. No redress offered on raising the issue. A pity as this was our first and, now, probably last business with Hilltop.
