Simon has recently become the estate agent for my property. He has been extremely helpful with sorting out an EICR, and an electrician to install a new fuse box. He responds promptly to any query I have had regarding the planned renting out of my property. He still needs to advertise the property and find a tenant in the next month but at this point I feel reassured by his professional manner and his attention to detail.

I recently moved from a large letting agency to Simon at Hills Lettings and have never looked back. Instead of dealing with a different person for every query, I now have one person with all the answers at his fingertips. He follows up immediately on problems. Previously I waited weeks for action and sometimes received incorrect advice. Importantly I now receive the rent when due instead of waiting up to a week to receive the money.
