Ordered the Magic Teeth Brace. This item was described as "give that IDEAL SMILE to every person, regardless what kind of teeth they have. Introducing the MAGIC TEETH BRACE." I consider myself to have a nomal sized mouth with normal sized teeth which are slightly stained. When the product arrived I thought it was a joke. What they sent were two hard non-malleable plastic strips that were inferior to anything you can purchase from your local Halloween shop for a pound. I immediately requested a refund of the £20+ I paid but was met with resistance. The email address provided does not work and when I finally got through to them I had to provide some elaborate coding/reference system in order for them to even consider responding to my refund enquiry. Then I found out that the item had to be received by them within 10 days of my original enquiry. This was impossible as post between the United Kingdom and China takes a lot longer than 10 days. So bye, bye refund. This company is cheating the public with false advertising and an impossible return/refund policy. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I bought from this company, I emailed as I'd had no dispatch confirmation and the replies were automated and strange. The tracking number supplied doesn't work and I decided to check on PayPal and discovered they have a different name (Ycimedia) with even worse feedback. It's obv a scam and I'm now making a claim through PayPal.

Ordered the magic brace / bright smile kit after being suckered in by the fake advert. Arrived, poor quality, nothing like the product advertised and when trying to liaise with them they blocked my email. Bank did a charge back so I'm not out of pocket but don't buy from these people. They're in China and the products are fake.

what a joke I orderd the Brite smile the package got deliverd but no instruction what so ever and this things are looking so faked is not even fun anymore

I would give this company less than one if I could. I placed an order on July 15th and have not heard anything since then. I've tried to contact them several times to get a status on my order and have been blocked each time. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. How can this company still be doing business. I've read the reviews and they all have the same complaints and results.

If I could have left less than 1 star I would have. I ordered and paid for an item that has not arrived. They blocked my attempts to email them with questions, they have no phone and no mail that they respond to. My advice to all is BEWARE! Don't order from this company unless you like giving away your money for nothing in return. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to be in business.

Don’t think I need to say much. They will send you some dollar store toy. Whatever you order. Will not be what you think you saw on the picture or video. Total scam. Don’t fall for this. Save yourself some money and hope. Just don’t give them any money.

I ordered a Portable Military Shovel from them on December 22, 1999. The item arrived on Jan 21, 2020, and it came with a damaged thread and storage pouches not as advertised. I contacted them the same day, to which they responded promptly looking for further clarification. The first email sent was very clear with the problems, so I resent the exact summary. The reply was they had been experiencing a lot of issues with damage caused by transportation and offered me a $5 credit. I responded the item was defective, gave photos of the packaging it came in that had no outside physical damaged, and, once again, mentioned the issue of the carrying pouch. They responded by saying a new item will be shipped; to which I requested a tracking number when it shipped. Their response, will take 5-15 days to process. Followed up 15 days latter and was told "The product is so popular recently that we are not able to send the orders out within the day that order has been placed.The processing duration may range from 10-20 days." I filed a dispute with Master Card.

Ordered some welding rods on sunday and it's Wednesday and no email or anything saying it shipped.Email them and they tell me it's out of stock.Just hope I get a refund. Really needed these for a fix for my water heater. Dosnt look good after reading these reviews.Should have done some research before I bought from this company. Thanks Facebook! Did get refund after a week!

placed order oct 13th now dec 7th still no package this site is a total rip off and watch out it is supported by shopify.com and they are just bas bad for hosting such a bad site

I placed an order for 46 days ago and they haven't delivered it yet. I have contacted the customer service several times and their responce convince me that the company is a fraudster.

Updated: I finally received my order. It took two monts from the time I paid and got confirmation of the order until I received it.

I placed an order on November 4. I didn’t received an email saying it shipping until November 30! Now it's December 20 nd since then I have no idea of the status or the proposed delivery date. The tracking page makes no sense, and I reached out to customer service previously and was given an unreadable answer. I am extremely disappointed!

Do not use. Total scam. They don’t deliver, send emails with excuse after excuse and fake tracking numbers. Facebook need to get them off their page!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered an item over a month ago. Despite being told it was sent and on the way. Only replied with a tracking when we put in a paypal dispute. Tracking inst valid on any tracking resources. Keep being told to wait and wait.

Awful experience! Ordered item a month ago - despite repeated chasing, no response until I demanded a refund. Was then told it had dispatched and given a tracking number that doesn't register on any known delivery company! Another week later and Still do not have item or refund! Next step to talk to my credit card company to see if they can help get my money back!

Awful service. Ordered a product as a gift from them, but when the delivery date was past due, I contacted them only to find out they still don’t have the product in stock and can not give me an indication of when it will be in stock again and told me to wait. No offer of compensation for the fact that I now have to go out and buy another gift!
