I signed up for what was presented as a trial, which was then automatically converted into a paid subscription without clear and transparent notice.

When I raised the issue, the company responded and offered a full refund — however, this was conditional on me deleting my review, which I find inappropriate and unprofessional.

While I appreciate that a refund was eventually offered, customers should not be asked to remove honest feedback in exchange for getting their money back. Transparency and fair practices should come first.

I would advise others to be very careful when signing up and to read all terms closely.

J'ai fait un achat d'un support pour toilette en plastique, je pensais devoir payer 9,99€ pour ce support, pour finalement sans le savoir, mettre abonner à un site à 9,99€ et devoir payer en plus le coût du support de toilette à 10,90€
J'attends maintenant de me faire rembourser ( aprés avoir fait une opposition de ma carte bancaire ayant eu peur de mettre fait arnaquer )
Donc je suis mitigé sur ce site.
Il faut bien lire toutes les lignes sur toutes les pages d'un site de vente en ligne.

Je vous remercie pour votre mail mais, je ne comprends pas à quoi correspond le remboursement du montant facturé... remboursement que je n'ai toujours pas reçu à ce jour d'où mes 2 étoiles (pour l'instant).

Mon compte a été débité de 4 montants :

Le 15/01/2026 : 26,44 € correspondant à ma commande de 2 supports pour un puzzle (que je n'ai toujours pas reçu)

Le 15/01/2026 : 29,98 € ?? à quoi correspond ce montant ?
Puis, le18/01/2026 : 8,74 €
Enfin le 01/02/2026 : 8,74 €
J'espère que vous saurez me répondre favorablement et par la même occasion, je voudrai annuler ma commande si c'est possible. Délai de livraison trop tardif pour un anniversaire qui était début février...

I placed an order in Riyal currency and I was shown that it would cost 42 Riyals, which was mentioned as a gift or offer. Based on this information, I proceeded with the payment of 42 Riyals.
However, I was unexpectedly charged more than 42 Riyals, and an additional amount of around 190 (in my local currency) was also deducted from my account.
Due to this incorrect and unexpected deduction, I am very concerned and I believe there may be an issue or misunderstanding with the billing.
For this reason, I am requesting a review of this transaction and a refund of the extra amount charged. I also want to inform you that I am closing my account due to this issue.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Es un robo que te hagan cargos sin autorización, por cantidades ocultas
