Hikari Design Omdömen 

Placed an order 27 June. After initial assurances that the tables would be ready for delivery within 7-10 business days nothing arrives. Some time later, I follow up and am told there are some orders being shipped without any notice and that I should contact them if I receive my tables. After more waiting my orders are cancelled on August 4th with a note saying REFUNDED. I have received no refund, and have informed Oliver Eccay and his team of this several times. It's a month later and NatWest tells me that no attempt to refund the amount has been made and that the authorisation code Oliver provided "doesn't correspond to anything". They are trying other methods to retrieve my funds.

In short: they didn't deliver the table and didn't refund me my money. The bank is trying to see what they can do but are not hopeful.

I placed an order 2 months ago when they were Hikari Design. After following up, they said they closed down the business, and started HikariDecor. they cancelled my order and asked me to place a new order on their new website. SHADY AND DOES NOT FEEL LEGIT.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Ordered some dining chairs over a month ago. As I follow them up they are very unresponsive. Then they say there is a problem with the shipping company and my order is cancelled. At the same time they don't reply to emails and coincidentally change their website name?

I am still waiting on my refund 8 days after my order has been cancelled by them. They won't even reply!

Don't order from them.

It has now been 18 days and no refund. Now they are asking me to ask my bank to refund me. What a joke of a company. Looks like I will never get my $1400 back.

I still haven't received my refund and I have given up hope now. They basically stole my money - no furniture, no apology, no action. Customers should not be asked to run around chasing a refund that you as a business owe them. It is disgraceful and a reason why some consumers lose faith in e-commerce. Most companies in Australia would not expect customers to contact their own bank to chase a refund that you supposedly already processed. I have asked for correspondence between you and your bank but you have not provided them. I have emailed asking for them, I have used Instagram as well because you're not responsive to emails. Nothing. Stop stealing money from innocent customers.

BUYER BEWARE!! Ordered something that came faulty and not as described. I keep asking for a reutrn label and they are ignoring me. DO NOT TRUST!!

Table arrived broken. Currently waiting for customer service to get back to me.

I ordered 4 lamps from Hikari, and only received 2 of 4. After email support, they asked about my order info and said they would ship 2 more lamps. After several months (ordered Jan, now July), I never received the rest of my order and support stopped responding. The lamps are good, but their support will not respond unless you follow up several times and then they eventually disappear.

Don't ever buy from these guys like me. Just look at their website and do a reverse google image at every items they got.. you'll be surprised to see the results.
I did a mistake and made an order of 2 lamps in march 2021. It took 5 weeks to get a shipping and without a surprise my order wasnt complete, I only got ONE lamp instead of TWO.. from this point i've been e-mailing them once a week every time they said they were sorry and some non-valid excuses..now they stopped anwsering me after a month.
Don't trust the high rating here
