This company is excellent. The service is great. I continue purchasing from this company. Just one word excellent.

A joke of a company, completely disorganized customer service. You don’t hear from them, and then get three different answers from three different people. Do not purchase any of the folding screen phones; they are extremely fragile and will break just from closing the screen. It's also not covered by warranty. I paid £999.00, and they would have charged £780.00 to repair it

Every year I purchase their phone and you can see they're improving rapidly. And my encounters with warranty services were brilliant.

Awful customer service. Bought a phone and when this was shipped was sent a voucher for £50 off - which couldn't be applied because the phone had been shipped and the voucher which should have had a month validity, now only had 2 days left to use. So, decided to send the phone back and cut my losses with a company that looks like it likes to play games! Simple enough right...no. Instead, I got the run around trying to arrange a pick up - thought it was simple as I followed the process via the website but then had to continue to chase up and was told "no, you have to call for us to arrange this". Something that isn't mentioned anywhere! What a waste of time and effort - seriously don't bother.

Wanted to buy a phone and tablet, and wanted to buy with 24 monthly instalments. Unfortunately when you want to choose those options they just don't work. They have visa option, witch doesn't work (customer service said it just don't work with them), don't know why they have that option at all, then, pictures shows klarna payments, but they don't have that one either, tried PayPal credit witch don't work as well, only option works when you buy hole thing at once. Customer service awful, they don't know anything what's happening in there, what to expect from company witch is just like giffgaff, avoid

Try claiming on the 180 day screen cover, then you'll find just what a useless company Honor is

Customer care staff over the phone is rude and no basic sense how to handle the call in a customer friendly manner.It made me to think how to deal with the company in case of any technical phone faults.Hence returning the item back to stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. Takes ages to answer on the chat. And also very rude on the phone. Glad I didn't end up buying anything. Decided to go with either iphone or samsung.

They manipulate reviews on their website. I left a negative review there about 1 month ago, and it was not posted or deleted by their team. So please don't trust the reviews you see on their website.

The after sales Customer Service Team for Honor are absolutely useless! Not only do they not reply to emails, they fob you off on the phone when you ask them basic questions. Why send me DHL return postage slips if no one from DHL comes to collect my return (this happened on two separate occasions)..?Why tell me that you will escalate my complaint and that I will be contacted, for no one to contact me? It has been three weeks since I initiated the return of the item I purchased, yet I have not received my refund. Truly shambolic.

I wished I'd read these reviews first, seems a carbon copy of my experience. I bought a Magic V3 at £1400 directly from Honor.

The protective case is made of 100% Chinesium and has, as expected, cracked after a few uses. Contacted them via eMail twice, no reply so far. Tried the live chat feature and was told to book a repair online. When I told them there was no option to select the case only, I was rudely disconnected. I will now have to buy a new case myself and just ignore Honor products in future.

I wish I had read the reviews before accepting this Honor phone from Three. Their customer service is very poor and making any progress with a repair is well nigh impossible. I completed 2 emails describing the problem with my phone and did not receive any acknowledgement. Several phone calls achieved nothing!
After several months I have now had my phone repaired. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Zero if I could. Used honor for 5 years and have always been surprised by how good the phones, tablets and pods are. The 4 of us have had a new phone every year and last year upgraded the 4 tablets. Purchased 2 watches in June and wish I hadn't. We are now on replacement watch number 6. They simply are not fit for purpose and have ruined honors reputation with us. As of June 2025 I will be doing the usual upgrades but it will not be with honor.

What an absolute joke of a company! I ordered Honor magicpad2 £399.99.
I paid via Klarna, payment says processing so hasn't been taken yet but in the process. I wanted to cancel my order after reading all the reviews on this company (yes I should have looked at reviews before ordering). I sent a number of emails to customer services at Honor but no response. I phoned them today. 40mins waiting to speak to someone who was clueless and could hardly speak English. Sounded like he was operating from his bedroom in a busy household. I was told that they don't have any details about an order in my name! I said I ordered on 30th Nov and received a confirmation email from Klarna about payment. In the end he hung the phone up. Beyond frustrated and Klarna are not much help either. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH HONOR

No phone charger found from the box i orderd magic v2.. disopintied

ordered phone but they said money was not received order cancelled. Online ordering rubbish. Customer service was a half hour wait. They could not confirm order and can do nothing but send a request to finance.
Online chat and I was cut off several times for no reason apart from they could not help or do their job. Shocking service. They are useless. They said order again in a few days. rubbish. If by a miracle it is sorted , I will still not change this review.
