Recently bought a couple of upgrades from the highlander store for my son’s Xmas gift. They advised as to what to purchase and installed them promptly. Also went above and beyond fixing a virus causing WiFi issue. The only place I’d go for professional cost efficient service. Many thanks

I ordered three separate PC components from this store and overall had a really positive experience. Two of the items were perfect, and although I had to return one of them, the return and refund process was handled really well. Communication was clear, the seller was helpful throughout, and the refund was issued with no fuss.

It’s always reassuring when a company deals with issues professionally, and this one absolutely did. I’d happily order from them again.

I contacted highlander store after my son’s pc suddenly stopped working. After investigating he found the pc,which had been sold to me as new by another company, actually had cheap second hand parts which were now failing! He was really honest and knowledgable, guiding us through different options and price points for the replacement parts needed. Once decided, they were ordered and arrived the next day, then the pc returned to us good as new the day after. He even collected and returned the pc- brilliant service. My sons been super happy to have his pc back working how it should and has been busy downloading all his games with no problems 👍. We won’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends and will certainly be using again in the future🙂

Professional, speedy service, Blair is a really nice bloke who’s provided me with exactly the gaming pc I asked for within budget and quickly and to a very high standard. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

I recently had a new desktop built by Blair and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience, from the start he was really helpful, he explained everything clearly, and made sure the build suited exactly what I needed and he kept me updated throughout, he was quick to respond not only with the starting questions but even after the million and one questions I had! And really knows what he’s talking about.

The PC runs perfectly and you can tell the care that went into putting it together. It’s rare to find someone who’s both skilled and genuinely easy to communicate with, but Blair is definitely one of those people.

Picked up my new Pc on Monday, Highlander store built it very quickly over the weekend and I am very impressed with the build. I used chat gbt to compare different PC’s as I am not completely up on specs and the pc I settled a on could not be beaten anywhere for the spec to £ ratio. Very happy.
