Before purchasing, I'd sent them an email for inquiry. Never reply. Or maybe they can't understand a single word I was asking them. My items was put into the cart and replying me forcefully to quickly purchase & pay for the item in the cart. I reply them that to state my inquiry which you have no responded to. Suddenly they just stop & never reply. No size chart as guide.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered an item on December 8th 2019. My item finally shipped on the 18th of December. However on 19th the package just stopped in it’s place in China and hasn’t moved since then, today is January 13th. I emailed customer service for a refund and it took them a week to get back to me. To no surprise they told me that my item was on its way and they did not refund my purchase. Extremely unprofessional. Plus prior to ordering my item I decided to look up some reviews and the majority of the people who got their item, got something that didn’t match the item pictured on their website. You’ve been warned.

Scumbags

Like many others, I ordered a medium jacket and received an XL which fit like a Small. Was told I would have to pay for shipping to return the item, an item that I NEVER ORDERED and they sent me. What a joke. Never do business with these scumbags. After my first email they are just ignoring me and not providing any explanations for their absurd policy.

Scam. It took many weeks to receive my order from China and they sent me the incorrect size, product is cheep junk, does not look like the pictures. They do not respond to emails or inquiries.

Company appears to be a full blow scam. Ordered a Large jacket, and they sent a 2XL, which fit like child's Medium. Unfortunately I loved the jacket so I've fired off about 7 emails inquiring on the sizing issue. Only to receive 1 email back about the return process, clearly posted on the website. I just don't understand why you would start a company and then blatantly ignore open inquiries for new business.

Took 2 months to receive the jacket I ordered which was supposed to be an XL. Communication with the company was awful with no updates for the item when requested. I finally received the jacket which was a 3XL which when tried on fit like a CHILDS MEDIUM! Quality sucked! I asked for a refund and surprisingly have not heard back from the company in a week! DO NOT BUY from this company!

Very poor quality of stuff is sold on this site to you for good money, I ordered a Jacket, which was sent to me from China, it was made of very poor quality material and had very bad stitching. I ordered a Medium size Jacket and I received 3XL size. Moreover, I received this jacket after 26 days of ordering it. I am totally disappointed in this site, it's nothing but a cheating scam.

Terrible Website

I ordered a large shirt from here and after zero shipping updates and 3 weeks it arrives but it's in Chinese size (2xl) which is too small.

Do not order from. Ridiculous shipping times. Delayed multiple times. Comes from China...

Why can’t I rate 0? Dogsh1t company. Have received items from other companies, exchanged because of not fitting, and received the exchange before ever even getting this product. Ordered it a month ago and it’s not here. Feels like I’m in 1990.

Don't order from them. They sent me completely different sizes than what I ordered and it took FOREVER. They don't respond either.

I wish I could rate it lower. The products I ordered are nothing like the pictures. It’s just Chinese junk. It feels like it’s worth 50c. This company is garbage. Their products are garbage. Please stay away.

Edit: So they also charged 2k on my card and somehow took hold of my SSN. **** this company.

I’ve been trying to get a jacket which I ordered for weeks. All I get are false promises. Don’t touch this company go to the high street. Even when I ask for a full refund they reflect to false promises about imminent delivery. Laughable.

Took ages to arrive.

Product looks nothing like the photograph.

Product is terrible quality.

They haven't responded to my email regarding returns.

I've learned my lesson to read reviews about any company I buy from in the future. Thankfully I only bought one not very expensive product.

This is just a Chinese Junk. You need to pay shipping and returns as well. Do not buy anything from this store.

Shut this company down! Scam all the way. Delivery updates were all in Chinese script, waited weeks for a product that never came.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with - i bought 200 dollars worth of clothing which never arrived and they never responded to my emails. They dont provide a support number. Its a total scam I have just lost 200 dollars for nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
