I liked the guy who dropped it off for me. The people on the phone were also very helpful. I hated the automation and shitty online forms to fill in with the pictures and extra added pointless steps to try and cut out people. It was long winded, and made me more stressed than just dealing with a person. You may think automation is the way forward, but the people who will be hiring these won’t really want or like that in my opinion.

Flexible and great value

This was a great way to hire a MEWP, collection and drop off was dead easy and the machine itself was fantastic, we needed the 20m working height to access CCTV cameras at a shopping mall in the centre of leeds and this machine was perfect for the job.
The van itself was great to drive as the boom on the back is made from Aluminium so is light weight, and will easily do motorway speed limits.

Brilliant service Emma G was really helpful

Excellent customer service before i booked(they answered the phone which is amazing these days!). They sent me a drawing with dimensions on it within five minutes. The pick and handover was perfect (i like to be early and Graham was there already). No drama with the vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Vehicle ready for collection, clean and full of fuel.
Helpful first handover with a very nice gentleman.
Machine drove well with no issues.
Next morning the machine developed a hydraulic leak from an outrigger, rang the helpline at 8am and an engineer was on route.
Leak bypassed as soon as the engineer arrived so I could carry on working.
Engineer had the machine repaired and fully up and running by 12.30.
I rang the helpline again to ask for extra hours to replace my downtime and Carol was extremely helpful, spoke to Dean, again a very helpful chap.
Dean apologised for our inconvenience and offered us another day free of charge.
On our returning journey we fuelled the machine to discover it had been very economical to operate, even with the ridiculous fuel costs at the moment.
The return process was very simple and easy to follow.
All in all I’m a very happy customer and would recommend and reuse HighDrive again!!
