I recently booked my airfare again through HiFi Travels, and I must say the service was outstanding. Nisha, the representative who assisted me, was very professional, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. She took the time to find me the best possible deal for my trip and handled everything with great care. This is my second time booking with HiFi Travels through Nisha, and both experiences have been excellent. I highly recommend HiFi Travels and especially Nisha for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy travel assistance.

Disappointing Experience with Hifitravels
I had a frustrating experience with Hifitravels that I feel compelled to share. I paid $180 to keep my ticket open for rescheduling, expecting a smooth process. However, it took 30 days to get a response, despite multiple calls and follow-ups. Each time, I was told that “the team will respond,” but no one ever did.
Finally, I received a call from Karan, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, he told me to deal directly with the airline, despite this clearly being Hifitravels' mistake. He refused to listen and dismissed my concerns outright.
I expected better customer service and accountability from a travel agency. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unheard and disappointed. If you’re looking for reliable support, I would recommend considering other options.
