Super fast delivery. Great product. Great price and great customer service.

Arrived ok but on the first track - and it was sounding good just packed up!! Really disappointed- will try another manufacturer as this quality for the money is not acceptable.

Delivered quicker than expected. Well packaged.

My order was received in good time in well packaged box. All was as expected. I had reason to contact the Company in advance of the delivery and my response was swift and positive.

Cannot fault the service from these guys!
Superb price for a really nice player and the delivery was very fast too.
Thank you for the superb service 👌

Came when promised hifi works well and sounds nice

Ordered the Camden and wasn't disappointed it arrived very well packaged and unbelievably easy to set up, sound quality is fantastic, I'm loving my record player. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this amazing bit of kit.

The product itself (Steepletone Boston XP 5-in-1 hifi) is great so far, although record player could be improved with a simple lever to lift the needle arm, to avoid manual lifting.
However the service and delivery from Home Hi-Fi Systems was awful, one mess up after another. First they sent the completely wrong order (despite the unit name being cleared displayed on the outside of the box), then asking me if i'd be willing to accept this wrong unit. After advising they'd arrange collection of the wrong unit and posting of the correct one this wasn't done for a few days, then resulted in 3 days waiting in for failed collections/deliveries, particularly as the 'couriers' decided to send it in the wrong direction to the other end of the country. Total farce.

Quick delivery. Pleased with all of the features on the hi-fi system. No trouble with the DAB radio, or CDs skipping (which other people have commented don’t work for them). The free gift arrived separately the following day from delivery. Reliable make. Good value for the money. I’d definitely recommend the Steepletone Hi-fi.

Purchased this record player after comparing it with other makes, sound is excellent, delivery very fast, easy to set up. Would definitely recommend this product.

where do i start i was supposed to have a free gift with this unit no go ! contacted the supplier never replyed
the unit tends to skip at the end of tracks on cd not all but its very irritating which i had not bought this unit my old one was far superior have lost interest in playing anything else total waste of money

Steepletone Houston XP 6-in-1 Music System with CD Player Bluetooth DAB+/FM & USB Wireless Speakers (Silver & Black) everything about purchasing this music system from ordering to deliver was easy and fast. A music system that has a wonderful sound and plays records without any issues that I have found with other music systems. I would always recommend them!

My hi fi arrived in great condition and on time, I honestly think that my old vinyls have never sounded so clear the sound quality is very good.
All in all a fantastic purchase.

Music centre arrived on time and in great condition.Works great and sound quality brilliant.Easy to operate.Would highly recommend Steepletone music.

I bought this unit after I had tried a couple of systems which proved to be of limited satisfaction, as they did not play all my cds. This unit is very nicely finished, of excellent quality, and plays everything. The speakers are pretty good too, I find the sound perfectly acceptable for my room size, although anyone wanting power sound would be better attaching something bigger and hooking them in via a receiver. I am reserving this as an option for the future, but even as it stands I recommend this unit as good value for money

While the order was fulfilled smoothly, I've had a persistent problem with the DAB+ radio in that when listening to the radio, system randomly locks up and, the only way to restore functionality is to power cycle the system. I initially approached HiFi Music Systems for support and was redirected to steepletone due to the music system being under warranty, to which I never received a reply. Disappointed to say the least.

Delivery was good. Item was easy to instal and instructions were easy to follow. The sound is brilliant.

the company i bought the music system are without fault extremely helpful from start to finish i would definitely recommend them. the steepleton 6 in 1 music system is a great buy converts all formats to mp3 from tape cds vinyl and memory sticks a great addition to anyones collection

A good buy, all seems well with a good sound. Would recommend
