Placed order, never arrived and ignored

I placed an order two weeks ago with delivery in 2-4 days, it never arrived. I’ve been trying to contact HICCA over these past two weeks and received no response.
No delivery/tracking information was given to me. When searching delivery or returns on their website it says ‘information on website’ but the information does not exist.
So far they have taken my money, not given me the t-shirt and ignored me. It’s a shame as I quite like their t-shirts.
I would avoid placing any order with HICCA at this point.
Update: HICCA has since refunded my order and delivered the t-shirt (plus socks). It was a bad error on their part but after persistence they have resolved the issue. Thank you

We are truly sorry for this, and for the frustration this would have caused you. It is never our intention to come across as charlatans, nor to ignore our customers sales, requests and feedback.

Whilst it may be of little comfort now, as explained when we were finally able to get back to you, our sales portal was “upgraded” and we didn’t receive any notification of any orders, nor any direct messaging for weeks before we were able to have it rectified. We’ve made the necessary changes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Hopefully you will give us another chance to show that we genuinely appreciate you as a customer, and we look to improving our communications with our customers going forward to prevent such frustrations again.

Exceptional quality - better than reputable competitors

This is my 3rd time as a customer with Hicca - I have bought 2 tees and 1 hoody.

The quality of the garments is exceptional. I am fan of oversized tees and hoodies so previously would buy these from All Saints. Hicca’s garments are a better quality material - thicker and more durable (after wash), whilst being environmentally conscious. At the price point, it is a no-brainer.

Amazing quality heavy-weight, French terry tee

Absolutely loving this tee to the point where I have 2 more on order and am simply waiting for other designs to be back in stock. The cut and quality are amazing with a heavy weight fabric which feels delightful to wear. I first met the team at a craft market in Hitchin and they have been wonderfully communicative and responsive over Instagram DMs to enquiries.

What a tee!

Wow! What can i say! Straight out of the bag you could feel the quality. It’s been a long time since I've found a tee shirt that feels this good and fits this great! Couldn't recommend HICCA enough!

Great products, even better service

I ordered the Oversized Adventure Tee for my partner for Valentine’s Day. I had to change the delivery address last minute - Jack was quick to respond and made sure that it arrived on time for Valentine’s.

I also needed to request a change of size after my partner tried the t-shirt on. Again, I emailed and Jack was very quick to respond. He kindly offered to ship a replacement out free of charge including postage. It arrived within a few business days and fit perfectly!

The products are great quality and service is great, would definitely recommend for a gift for a loved one, or even a treat for yourself! :)

Brilliant Quality!

I ordered two tees as Christmas presents for my brother and I’m so happy with the quality of the tee material and print style, it’s great! Really hard to find good quality materials in tee’s now. Will definitely be buying more!
