Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. They brought top-of-the-line equipment and left my carpets looking brand new and smelling fresh. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how quickly they worked without cutting corners. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be using them again!

Truly wonderful service from this company.
Mo is a lovely person, and he did a fantastic job getting coffee stains off of our cream rug with patience and care, ensuring not to damage the rug with any force. The equipment and products used are top grade.

Did a great job refreshing 3 rooms and a staircase. Got rid of all visible stains and went the extra mile helping to get some sock fluff out of one of the rooms. Would definitely hire again for the job and recommend to others.

Clean and smelling great!
I have used Hi Carpet Cleaner previously so had no hesitation in booking them again for my carpet cleaning.
As usual they arrived on time, reviewed the job and got straight to work.
Before I knew it they had finished and my carpet was left looking clean and smelling fresh.
Very reasonable in price and excellent communication including being able to fit me in a week earlier than my actual booking as I had an unexpected free day.
I definately recommed them.

On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived on time and equipped with high-quality tools and eco-friendly cleaning products. They took the time to assess the condition of my carpet and explained the entire cleaning process, which made me feel comfortable and informed.
