Consistently Helpful and Responsive
We have been using this time and attendance system for over 3 years, and the support team has been excellent. Their response time is consistently great, and they are always open to suggestions and improvements, making collaboration on new ideas or system requirements easy. Communication is clear and transparent, and whenever any issues arise, they do their utmost to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Even with changes in company ownership, the support has remained just as reliable and attentive. They are willing to tailor the system to meet our specific business needs.
