HFE made it very easy and clearly instructed so I could work away at the qualification myself. The tutors were also a great help and available when needed. Sarah Cole was a great and responsive tutor and Tom was my tutor upon completing the course, he made the final VIVA talk feel very seamless and friendly which made the whole process far less stressful.

I’ve just qualified in my level 3 mat and reformer Pilates course and it’s been amazing. The knowledge and materials are unbelievable and next to none. A massive shout out to Dawn Rafferty who taught my mat sessions, her knowledge is unmatched. My support tutor Dani Sharrock, who provided countless responses to my many questions and helping me understand better when I needed it and Sharon who taught my reformer practical. I’d recommend HFE any day!

The course was very informative. I feel I have gained lots of valuable information. I hope to be able to use this knowledge to support the women referred to our service.

I’ve had a really positive experience with my HFE course. Throughout the process, I was kept up to date and found it easy to stay in contact with the team whenever I needed support. The course itself was very easy to access, and there was a wealth of helpful online material available.

Whenever I had questions, there was always someone there to help, which made the whole experience feel really supported and reassuring.

For my final assessment, I had Molly, who was absolutely lovely. She helped me feel calm, safe, and comfortable, which made it much easier to answer questions and perform at my best.

Overall, it was a really lovely experience, and I’d definitely consider training with HFE again in the future—especially if I decide to go on and do my reformer qualification.

The Level 3 Exercise for Older Adults online course was clear, well structured, and easy to follow. I gained valuable knowledge and practical skills that I can confidently use in real life. The platform was user friendly and flexible to fit around my schedule.

Outstanding Support and Modern Learning Experience
I’m so glad I chose this course, and a huge part of that is thanks to Eleana—her personal support and dedication truly made the experience outstanding. While she wasn’t my tutor from the start, when she took over, she immediately built a strong connection and made the transition seamless. She didn’t give me a lot of guidance because, well, I didn’t let that happen—but when I needed it, she was there, offering patience and understanding, which someone with the patience of a firecracker really needed!
The learning interface is modern and user-friendly, which made navigating the material a smooth experience. The content isn’t perfect—no material ever is—but what stood out was Eleana’s responsiveness. When I highlighted mistakes or questioned parts of the learning material, she picked it up, addressed it, and reported back. It was incredibly useful to see how she handled those imperfections, reinforcing that nothing will ever be flawless, but it’s how you deal with that lack of perfection that truly matters.
I also appreciated the team’s friendliness and support. Every interaction was positive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their students.
One thing that initially stressed me out was the deadline. At the time, it felt like a lot of pressure, but looking back, it was exactly what I needed to stay on track and avoid procrastination. It pushed me to complete the course efficiently, and I’m grateful for that now.
Overall, this course exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend it—especially if you value personalised support and a team that’s rooting for your success.

My experience completing both the level 2 fitness instructor training and Level 3 personal training has been phenomenal!! The support I received was amazing, especially as I was balancing this qualification alongside completing an MSc degree. My support tutor, Tom went above and beyond in guiding and directing me in completing assessments and always gave me motivating ideas in which I could utilise my skills in becoming a successful personal trainer. I cannot recommend HFE enough!!

HFE were great - I did the online Level 3 Pilates matwork course and both the online instructor and the support tutor Elena were great. Both really helpful and supportive. The standard of the the printed materials was of excellent quality and i received them very soon after registering. Support was fantastic throughout and the content was great- very thorough. I particularly liked the instructor videos of all the main exercises which were demonstrated in full then broken down into modifications. Would highly recommend.

AJ was a fantastic instructor! She was so supportive and provided excellent knowledge and guidance throughout the course whilst also keeping it engaging and fun! The course gave me a great understanding of the reformer and filled me with confidence going into my own practice following the course. Would 100% recommend!

Overall I did both Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates and I couldn’t be more happier with the course, from start to finish the manuals the online tutorials are all amazing but especially the support of my tutor Danielle, the course is super in depth and at times has felt a lot but she really has helped at every point. Would recommend this course to anyone looking at becoming a Pilates teacher

Just completed PT course Level 2 and 3. The course is straightforward to follow with a mixture of coursework, online learning and extra courses if needed such as kettlebell training.

Tutors are very quick to mark work once submitted and provide feedback if appropriate. The last stage was a professional discussion with Tom Hothersall who was extremely helpful and put me at ease throughout the call.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. The team who initially contacted me about my enquiry into the courses were extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. The online resources are easy to follow and access. Lots of information and I feel really knowledgeable after completing the course. The team are quick in replying to queries and quick at marking and providing feedback to assessments. My support tutor was very encouraging and helpful so thank you very much! I would definitely look at completing more courses with HFE in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking about completing courses

I am so excited to start my Level 3 mat Pilates. I would like to say a special thankyou to Kim, I have had an amazing experience with her, she is great face for HFE! I really look forward to completing my course :)
