HORRIBLE! After I waited for my wig for more than a month, when I received it I was speechless. "IT WAS HORRIBLE." The quality, the craftsmanship, and the look were terrible. I tried to return, and it was the worst experience ever. They gave me all kinds of excuses not to give me my money back, emails back and forth for more than a month, so finally I had to contact my financial institution. Do not buy anything from these people because you are going to waste your money!

it was the worse wig I ever got!! It was nothing like the picture. It was very thin. The color was way wrong. And trying to return it and get your money back (all of it) was terrible. After a month of going back and forth with them, I was only able to get 70% of my money back. I gave up! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Ordered first wig; it was great. Placed the exact same order again, and it was various inches shorter. (The item description includes length - what arrived was completely wrong).

Company refuses to provide refund unless I pay my own shipping to go through customs and back to China. Even though it was their mistake. Terrible customer service.

I would happily return it; I just don’t want to pay hefty shipping costs because you sent me the wrong item.

I really like the light feel of the hair. The natural parts are great. My second synthetic wig and OMG!I love it!

I needed something temporary since getting a bad hair cut. When it arrived, It wasn't anything like the picture on their website, it was a completely different cut, very cheap and poor quality, When I tried to return it, they requested photos. Once the photos were received, I was asked to "shake" the wig and give it another try, then gave the impression there would be no issue with the refund. Yet, they continued to negotiate, until eventually I was blocked from corresponding via email. I threw the wig in the trash, filed a dispute with my financial institution and got my funds credited back to me. Don't use this company!!!!

Awful company. Shame on them. Total ripoff.

Stay away from this seller- this is fraud. I purchased a wig from them in November. It arrived around December 11. I immediately noticed that the color was not even close to being correct, so I initiated the return process. They offered me a 20% refund or said that I could return it (which they said was expensive and would take a long time to arrive at their warehouse in China). The encouraged me to keep it, take the offered refund and sell it to someone else. I located this page of reviews- which peaked my interest in the wig- so I opened the plastic bag (the wig came in no other protective materials, was not sealed or even held in shape with any other packaging materials) and discovered that there was NO way that this wig was human hair- and a low quality synthetic at best. It looked nothing like what I had ordered. It was not even the right length, shape or color that I ordered. Bottom line- this is a scam. Save yourself time and energy and buy from a reputable seller.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They will not answer you when you try to return their crappy product!! Nothing they sell looks like what they advertise!! Be aware!

Terrible decision to order from here. Package states chemical fibers was supposed be human hair. I was going to return but it was 98.23 to return so I’m just out 89.00. They are definitely getting away with bad products Order from a trusted company

Not worth the money paid. The wig arrived very late, I had to trim it down to a size that did not look like a clown….I washed and dried it as per instructions and it took all the waves away! Now it’s just a straight wig! I sent another email requesting an exchange and
I haven’t received a response. DO NOT BUY THESE WIGS! Not good quality.

This company is a total scam. I ordered specific wigs and got horrible quality. They charged me $285 for two wigs. they sent them without labels, tags or any protective packaging. I asked for a full refund because neither wig fit and had to spend over $60 shipping this hair back to China. They actually told me to try selling the wigs myself? um NO! Give me my money back!

The wig I purchased from Heywigs wasn't really what I wanted but when I contacted them, they were very nice and refunded a portion of my money and allowed me to keep the wig. They're customer service is great!!

They don't even deserve a star! They are a total SCAM!!!! They'll take your money and Run. I ordered 3 wigs worth over $400 and never received one...

Buyers beware. This is a bogus company. I ordered a Raquel Welch wig & what I got was not even close to looking like it! The quality is bad. I’ve reached out to this company & they said to send pictures which I did. No response!

This company does NOT even deserve a one star rating, They know exactly what they are doing to rip off customers. I sure hope they get caught and go out of business. Believing this company's word and what it was advertising to sell, it looked legit. I decided to place an order for $99.00. It took 2 weeks to arrive and boy was I disappointed. Not only was it not human hair as it stated, it wasn't even the style or the color.
A total bait and switch scam. Then of course no phone number to contact for return and email won't go through either. My bad, I should have researched them first. Another lesson learned the hard way. I say stay away. Do not order anything from them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I wish that the review would have a 0 instead of giving heywigs even one star. I made the huge mistake of ordering 4 wigs. The pictures that they showed had the beautiful celebrities who really had wigs made with their names on the tag in the back of the wig. This is what I told heywigs this morning. We really need to try to put heywigs out of business.
Why don't you have labels on your wigs? You claim they are Raquel Welch, Eva Gabor, Jane Fonda, Halle Berry, Heather Locklear and etc etc. If they really were from those celebrities the tag would be in the back of the wigs. No wonder you have such bad reviews. I am going to add mine right now and report you to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.

Like all other reviews I have read here, this company should be avoided. I ordered two wigs to the tune of $112. When they arrived they were completely wrong colors. I wrote the company via an email and asked about return procedure. They asked for pictures and I sent them some. The wigs were in the original packages as I did not open them. I received an answer saying they could give me 20% compensation or I could keep and sell the wigs or I could pay return postage to China!!! Beware of this company, they are pretty close to a scam company. I only wish I had read the reviews BEFORE buying from them. I have learned a hard and expensive lesson. This company needs to be investigated ASAP.

Truly they don't deserve any stars! It's a lesson live and learn.the return policy is horrible.The wigs are awful .Heavy messy just simply awful!!

The wig color is nowhere near the color I ordered. I ordered a light brown and received a very bonded wig, like Madonna platinum blinded. I asked to return it for correct color. They said I had to ship to back to China - at a price higher the the wig itself!
They offered that I could keep it and they would refund me $20

Seems to be a scam. Ordered a wig. Shipping took 3 weeks and then said "failed to deliver, customer not reachable". Nobody attempted a delivery here (I have cameras). Company is unreachable. Do not order here. Shipping comes from China and now I'm out of the money since nobody will return an email and website contact form is broken.
