Absolute jokers this lot.

Was sent an email offer to place a £30 acca, get a £30 free bet...did as requested, bet placed, odds qualified, stake qualified.

Games ended, no free bet awarded, so I waited a few hours. Still no free bet, so I contacted their live chat...thats when the nightmare began. I was given five, yes FIVE different excuses why I didnt get my free bet, just comical by this so called sports book.

My first LC agent was Leonardo, he asked my details, bet ID, pic of email offer...I did all this. Waited.

Few minutes later he said (this was excuse number 1) that the odds of my bet did not qualify? I was like, what? The offer was for an Acca, with odds of 3.0...combined odds this is, always is unless stated. So i told him my bet was 3.64 so it certainly does qualify....he argued back, lying, telling me the offer meant both my selections had to be 3.0 which was absolute garbge and admitted later on.

Leonardo, knowing he was in the wrong then rudley ended the chat.

So I hit the live chat again, was answered by a different agent...she was sound, foudn my qualifying bet, told me yes it qualified and would I wait 24 hours after the bet had settled. Fine I thought.

So tonight, still no free bet awarded I decided to contact them again. Unfortunately I was answered by Leonardo...the same Leonardo who was telling me 12 hours earlier my bet didnt qualify. This time, his reply was "Your free bet was awarded and used"....Im like "wth? no it wasnt" and anyway, werent you, 12 hours earlier telling me I didnt qualify....now youre telling me I have used this free bet...bizarre.

Once again, realising he had messed up and promptly ended the chat again.

Soooo, several times I tried again, kept getting connected to Leonardo, kept trying till i was contacted by a different agent, to whom I told the whole sorry eipisode with Leo.

New agent seemed ok, asked me for bet ID, email, etc...so I complied.

Low and behold, he comes back with more garbage. His first excuse was I had used the free net on the 10th....this free bet was for LAST WEEKS offer of the same.

So after a back and fro, we established I had NOT used the free bet. Sorted...I thought.

Next, excuse number 4....this offer ended on the 12th Oct.

Wait what? The offer ended the 12th? Yet I only recived the email on the 13th and the email clearly stated

"Promotion is valid on 13 September 2025."

So now hes telling me I was a day late, on the 12th, for an offer sent to me and valid for....yes you guessed it, the 13th.

So once he realised he'd messed up he came back with "But you didnt opt in on the 12th"

Erm hello...how can I opt in on the 12th? for an offer I was sent on the 13th and clearly states, once again

"Promotion is valid on 13 September 2025."

We argued about this for a few minutes then he came back with their FIFTH excuse...now it was "you never opted in at all".....Oh yes, I did.

By this time Im giving up the will to live, these dishonest shysters have now given me 5, sorry 6 SIX different excuses to not award this free bet...whilst in between, the female agent had told me, yeah, your bet qualified, you will get your free bet tomorrow.

Soo to summarise, these are the excuses they used

1) Odds didnt qualify.....THEY DID
2) I had used the free bet....NO I HADNT
3) The offer had ran out on the 12th....NO IT DIDNT, the email which even stated offer avail on 13th, was sent to me on the 13th
4) The optin for offer expired on 12th.... NO IT DIDNT...how can an optin expire for an offer a day before offer even exists?
5) I didnt opt in by the 12th....Hmm see above
6) I didnt opt in at all.....that it, Im done.

Absolutely ridiculous state of affairs.

I am very surprised at the reviews because out of all the casino sites and the big ones this is far the best I have had substantial wins and never experienced a problem with withdrawing. Very fast payout this is by far my favourite site to use.

Bad company they will just steal your money I just deposited £45 on book of Wilde should be called book of thieves span 10p and 20p spins never had the 3 books once. Absolutely shocking behaviour. Avoid this company, I deposited money and won which was great. I requested to withdraw my money and had to provide two pieces of verification. I’ve uploaded verification and then chatted to someone asking how long this would take. I was told I needed to provide my statement with my Apple Pay transactions on. Which I only have online and it clearly states in the email and on the verification part of my account that I need to provide documents showing all four corners of the item. When I mentioned this in the chat all I was told was that the verification team wasn’t working today. Ridiculous that a site is willing to take money without checking ID but not payout.
