Didn't know this product was coming from China. It has been over a week and my dog is suffering terribly. I really wanted to try this product sooner.

I would give no stars if possible as moneys taken and no product has arrived

Fina6lly received. My order was for $39.00. Billed for $69.00. Suppose to apply 3 times a day , size of bottle will not last.

Despite bad reviews I’ve had a good experience. Order confirmed, date of despatch advised and tracking details sent. Came from China, delivered in UK via Royal Mail.

I still don't have the product I ordered. You sent me a 30% off coupon towards next order within a few days but yet still haven't tried the product

i have their phone number but they do not answer. i hope i have learned my lesson to never buy ANYTHING on Facebook. minefield of scammers

AVOID AT ALL COST // I ordered this product after seeing an ad on Instagram, with the tagline calling Apoquel “Apo-Kill.” It was a successful hook, but unfortunately, the service has been far from satisfactory.
I have never received the product (I paid $67 including shipping), even though it has now been over a month since I placed the order. The courier simply left the parcel in the building lobby with no notification whatsoever — no email, no SMS, no delivery slip. I have never experienced a delivery service that fails to provide even the most basic updates about an order. Still, they haven't issued a refund, saying they're checking with the courier -which is not my business, I just want my money back for the product I never received.
This level of service is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience.

I still haven’t received product after a week I’ve now took my dog the vet’s . Very disappointed

Dont buy this product, extremely bad customer service and its not FDA approved, shipped out from China, I noticed this just after i placed the order so i immediately send an email to them requesting them to cancel my order, but no one reply and then they ignored my request and send out the product to me. No one reply me until i left a comment on one of their Facebook adv, then someone email me saying they will refund full product cost to me exclude shipping cost, but after 10 days still no refund so i reached out to them again, the one that reply seems know nothing about the previous email and insisted that they can only refund 40% to 60% of the product cost to me, so back and forth of few more emails, someone finally said will return full product cost to me, just to say of all the emails i received there was no name on the email, i don’t even know who i was speaking to, very unprofessional email. And today i finally received a refund email, i paid $46.75 for the product (exclude shipping) but they only refund $23.38! I was speechless with their customer service, they don’t honour the refund policy as stated on their website, very bad business!

Pretty obvious these are all fake reviews and the only real ones are saying they’ve been scammed as the package doesn’t arrive and it’s form china. Beware! After seeing a FB post I’m glad I read reviews first and realised the good ones are fake accounts.

Be careful ordering here. I placed an order on 13 Aug. It has never arrived. No response to contact. Further investigation found they are based in China and many have had the same poor experience. Currently trying to obtain some of my money back with HSBC and report as fraudulent activity.

I ordered on July 27th.. Haven't received yet. I just received email and saw tracking... The product is being shipped from China. I am greatly disappointed. Now I realize the company isn't transparent and probably have been scammed.

I ordered this stuff in the vain hope it would help my dog with her skin condition. It kind of did, but as she is a big 57kg mastiff after the first application 1/3 of the bottle was gone.
I ordered it on the 17/6/2025, it wasn't even SHIPPED until 1/7/2025 and ONLY after chasing up the tracking 3 times via email.
The product itself is ok I guess but i believe there are better more affordable options out there. I asked if they came in bigger bottles and the answer was NO. I went through 2 bottles in about 1 1/2 weeks. She did stop scratching for a bit, but it returned pretty quickly. Personally I wouldn't waste my money on this stuff.

I PURCHASED THIS SPRAY IN ALL GOOD FAITH WAITED A MONTH TO RECEIVE IT ALONG WITH THE SHAMPOO IT HAS NOT WORKED AS MY DOG HAS CONTINUED TO SCRATCH UNTILL SHE BLEEDS NO SOONER DO I SPRAY HER THAN SHE WILL LICK OR SCRATCH HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR OVER 2 MONTHS WITH NO IMPROVEMENT I THINK IT'S ANOTHER WASTE OF MONEY THAT AS A PENSIONER I CAN ILL AFFORD TO WASTE.

Please do not buy.
It’s a scam. They dont work and even though they say 90 days money back, you have to pay returning shipping fee of $20 plus non refundable shipping fee. Bought two tiny sprays total of 3oz for $50 which cost them a buck to make in China. Cant trust ingredients and big SCAM!

I purchased the 'vet formulated pet spray' from this company, which unfortunately didn't help my dog. When I contacted them they explained that all pets react differently to treatments, and I was immediately offered a refund. The customer service was excellent. I can recommend the company.
