Wat een rommel!!!!!
Ik kocht een herfstjasje, je kan er los doorzien! En dat voor 50€ 😱!!!!

Op 26 dec 23 een witte trui besteld die op 29 dec werd geleverd. Echter deze trui was beschimmeld. Geen reactie ontvangen op het initiële return bericht. Daarna een tweede maal bericht gestuurd. Trui geroutourneerd op 4 januari 24 en vandaag bericht ontvangen dat ze de trui niet kunnen terugbetalen omdat er vlekken op zitten !!!

Beschamende werkwijze.

Sent XXL size instead of small that was ordered. Emailed Luka support 4 times and still waiting for reply

My stylist helped me put together a whole wardrobe by finding new clothes that go with items I already owned. I didn't want to keep buying just one outfit or a few separate pieces, I wanted to invest in a wardrobe that made sense. LUKA really helped me do that. Texting them was super easy and convenient.

Every step of working with LUKA has been impeccable. I work in an image conscious industry and to be honest I haven’t a clue where to start when it comes to shopping for myself. Julia found the best pieces for me but also just made the whole process EASY including the returns of what didn’t work. I will really never shop for clothes any other away again

After using LUKA just once, I know I'll be back again. I tried a few of the big name box subscriptions, but none of them really felt like they knew me or my style. And they also cost an arm and a leg. With LUKA, I was able to talk to a human via text to provide feedback on the recommended catalog. It was nice to go at my pace because LUKA does not require a subscription. I love all the clothes that my personal stylist helped me pick out, and my friends all love them too; I have received numerous compliments from friends and colleagues about the apparel I purchased through LUKA.

I had a great experience with Luka. I was initially skeptical of managing the styling process over text but it went very smoothly after they reached out. I chose a few items I liked and they were promptly delivered. It was a nice mix of personalized shopping without the pain of hitting the mall.

I had a great experience with Luka. I am pretty set in my ways with respect to clothing and feel like I know what I want but the process with Luka introduced me to a bunch of stuff that I really loved and would not have found without help. The process was very easy - I had to cancel and rearrange the consultation at short notice and it was not problem. Then once I got it set up it did not take long for the stylist to get a feel for what I was looking for and there was good attention to what I didn't want as well. After two or three iterations I had found a load of new clothes without the hassle of the whole shopping experience - the process removed a large amount of fuss from the shopping experience as well as adding some well-needed style to what I buy. A great success and a really good service that I'll use again.

I had an incredible experience with LUKA! This was my first time using a styling service, and they made it fun and easy. My stylist picked out items for me that I’m very happy with and now wear all the time! Everything from tops to loungewear, work clothes to weekend outfits, they nailed my style and showed me items I would never have picked out for myself, but really love. Can’t wait to get more items from them. Highly recommend giving LUKA a try if you want to up your style game and make shopping an enjoyable experience.

I enjoyed interacting with Julia and getting custom recommendations from her. She was highly responsive and incorporated my feedback quickly. Most importantly, her selections made me look much better.

My experience with Luka was fantastic. I met with one of the stylists and within a few days I had a number of items picked out for me that I couldn't wait to buy. They took care of all of the ordering and the items showed up at my house as expected. Super easy and stress-free. Every item I've bought using Luka continues to be a staple of my wardrobe. I would have never found these items without Luka.

Very high touch service and excellent clothing recommendations. They helped me to find some things I already knew I wanted and introduced me to some really great shirts I hadn’t heard of before.
