I strongly advise against buying from this company. Returning a product is a real struggle ,there are no clear policies and absolutely no support from customer service. Instead of helping, the company makes the whole process more difficult and shows no willingness to reach an agreement. A very poor experience.

Fake website. Lost $65 and will report them to Shopify to hopefully get it back.

This product is TERRIBLE I used it last night after my shower and washed my hair, it is SO GREECY I HAD TO WASH MY HAIR ALL OVER AGAIN. IT IS TERRIBLE ,I AND GOING TO TRY TO GET A REFUND...

I have tried to contact them on a number of occasions to cancel and request a refund but I’ve had no response to my emails

First of all, I want to state that this product does not bear the HeyKeratin logo or name on it. It arrived today and it is totally different from what was portrayed in the advert. The constituency is not the same. This product sadly appears to be a fake product from China. It says made in China. I am throwing it away in the bin. A complete waste of money. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR YOUTUBE ADVERT! IT'S A SCAM!

The product is horrible. Makes the hair oily and and can't go out unless you was it out.
I tried to cancelled the subscription but that took time so a second shipment came. I paid $11 to ship it back. They are acting like it never was received and are evading giving me my refund. I even had to send the receipt from the Post Office. Still haven't gotten the refund. Stay away!

Ordered goods assuming it was Australian or UK base. Now realising its been shipped from China still haven't received goods no doubt I've been stupidly scammed of my hard earnt money..I should of read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered my product in September 2025 never received it have written numerous emails to the company finally got an email back January 9th stating that the order was lost. Said that they would replace it still have not heard anything back on my replacement or a refund.

The ingredients were FALSELY advertised & the glass bottle was BROKEN. I also threw it OUT & called my bank. They gave me a refund but later rescinded it & PAID the company if FULL & charged my account! AWFUL experience. LAST thing I'm EVER ordering online from ANY company. This is the 3rd rip off, NO MORE. Heartless, evil people!

I ordered this product, absolutely rubbish, fake, crap. Do not order, it is a scam.

This company is a scam! They will keep sending you the product abd charging your credit card. They di not respond to any cancelation requests.

This company is not worth the 1 star. I don’t think they even have a customer service department. I requested a refund by email, (as they require), three times without any response. I finally just ended up disputing the charge on my credit card, and thankfully it was decided in my favor and credited back. Anyone considering a purchase, please reconsider.

If I could give less than 1 star i would.... I have extremely dry hair and using the smallest amount(less than pea) my whole head was greasy...

Customer service is non existent also hair oil is not oil just some coloured water , ,it doesn't have a smell at all , for something that suppose to be all natural (coconut , rosemary, almond, lavender...etc)

This company is definitely fraudulent! I ordered the Batana oil on 09/14/2025 and I have not received anything. No product. No refund. The money was promptly taken by this company in Australia. Had I known about all of the awful reviews, I would have never ordered anything.

I threw these out as soon as I received them — this is not true Batana oil. The ingredient list says it all: Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Kernel Oil (Batana Oil), Water, Tocopherol, Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Leaf/Seed Extract, Sericin, Citric Acid.

That’s a mouthful — and it immediately raised red flags. If this were authentic Batana oil, the ingredient list would simply say Batana oil (Elaeis Oleifera) — nothing else. The inclusion of palm kernel oil, water, and other additives clearly shows this is a diluted, low-quality blend rather than pure oil.

Water in the formula means it’s not 100% oil (since true oils and butters don’t contain water), and having palm kernel oil listed first proves it’s the main ingredient — not Batana. The texture was also more like a cream than an oil, which confirmed my suspicions.

I wasn’t about to risk putting this mess in my hair, so I tossed it. That’s $37.96, wasted. What’s worse is the dishonesty — the company doesn’t list the full ingredients on their website, which feels deliberately misleading. Had I seen the actual list, I never would have purchased it. Purchased date September 16,2025 delivered October October 8th, 2025.
