This app is amazing! So impressed with this. It works flawlessly and you can relax knowing your customers and calls are being dealt with in a slick, professional way. It is pricey but much cheaper than a real receptionist! Well worth the monthly cost for your business.

The set up was simple, setting up to our systems ongoing. Voice quality great, never know its AL.

I’ve been looking for a way AI could help with the driving lesson enquiries we get, and HeyJodie has been a game changer.

One of the best features is that even if someone doesn’t actually speak to Jodie, I still get their details by email. That means I can call them straight back and never miss an enquiry.

I also really like that Jodie can be trained — I’ve added in our instructors’ details, the cars they drive, and the areas they cover. It makes it feel much more personal and professional.

Another big benefit is how it handles missed personal calls. If I don’t answer my mobile and it goes to voicemail, Jodie takes the call instead. I never used to check voicemails, but now I get everything straight to my email, which is so much better.

The booking link it sends is a really handy feature too. In the future, it would be brilliant if it could send different links by text depending on the service the caller is interested in.

It’s still new to us, but I’m really looking forward to seeing how it develops and what new features are added.

Initially I had some teething problems, probably more due to my lack of understanding than Jodie. My contact at HeyJodie, Max, left no stone unturned to sort it out, and he did. Since then Jodie has been great, and I cannot fault the customer service or the company's passion for what they offer. Thank you!

Early days with Jodie AI, but so far it’s been pretty faultless. Easy to setup, Jodie scanned my website and was up and running in minutes. It started taking calls the next day and the call handling is excellent. The support from Max is excellent. Very please with the performance of Jodie and the support.

My company had trials and found it would not be suitable. We expressed to the team on WhatsApp that we would be considering using the service. We received discount offer to come back and we replied with no thank you. Then recently we received another discount offer and informed we have already expressed we will not be using services, again on WhatsApp and informed the team that we will be blocking all communication from them. Going forward, if a company tells you no once, take action at first. Not second or third attempt.

Very good communication

Jodie is a brilliant tool whether you use her for every call or just for when you are busy/closed. Just finished the free trial and now subscribed. The training is very quick and simple and the support I got from Max (as I'm using Jodie (with great success) for a little more than it's concept) has been exceptional.
