We had a cancellation last minute and Hey Baby really saved the day. Due to having our gender reveal booked in the next day we were hoping for a miracle. All the staff were amazing we couldn’t fault any of them. Would highly recommend.

The services provided to me here were top notch. The team was so friendly and accommodating. Our sonographer was spectacular and she signposted us to the NHS early when she noticed a problem. She also called to find out that we got an appointment with the NHS okay. Would highly recommend.

We attended our appointment feeling excited and hopeful, expecting to see our baby at 9 weeks and 4 days. Instead, we were given the devastating news that our baby’s heartbeat had stopped - a miscarriage, despite having experienced no prior symptoms such as pain or bleeding.

In what was one of the most distressing moments of our lives, we were placed alone in a small side room while an attempt was made to contact the local hospital, which was unsuccessful. During this time, we were left without any trained professional to support us emotionally, guide us through what had just happened, or answer the many urgent questions we had.

After receiving this life-changing news, we were handed a piece of paper and advised to seek further medical care elsewhere. We left the clinic upset, confused, and feeling completely unsupported. We were also made to feel rushed to leave as we had the scan report pushed on us and door held open despite the trauma we had just experienced.

The advice we received from yourselves was to seek urgent medical care from the NHS that evening. However, due to the opening hours, we were unable to access NHS support for over 24 hours, leaving us to process this loss entirely on our own and feeling more frustrated that the only advice we did receive was actually useless and entirely worthless.

No family should have to endure such heartbreak without immediate care, compassion, and appropriate support. With miscarriage affecting approximately 1 in 4 pregnancies, this is not an uncommon situation, and it is essential that clinics are equipped to respond with sensitivity, professionalism, and adequate aftercare. Something we didn’t feel we received.

Definitely recommend getting a scan at Hey Baby I had my early reassurance scan here at 8 weeks and heard the heart beat and we came back for a 4d scan at 29 weeks baby was unfortunately facing my spine so after walking around and still no luck they booked us in for a re scan a few days later and got amazing clear images we didn’t want to know the gender and they froze the screen and didn’t give anything away! thank you so much 😃 staff are fantastic

Had an early reassurance scan today with ‘Hey Baby 4D’. Fantastic experience, staff were warm and friendly and the place had a warm welcoming vibe. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Received 2 scan photos, a report, the rest of the photos through email and a lovely gift to take home 🥰

Came today had a fantastic experience with my partner and two other children staff was friendly and really made me feel comfortable any questions ask all answered will definitely be using again for gender scan.

We visited Hey Baby 4D Middlesborough for an early reassurance scan at what we’d believed to be 8 weeks after our booking appointment with the NHS and having previously experienced an early miscarriage. The receptionist was lovely, which I absolutely cannot fault, and the place itself is clean and well presented, however I found the actual ultrasound process to be very disappointing.

The scan felt almost as if our ultrasound tech was just trying to get it over and done with, nothing was dwelled on for too long, she was super fast in measuring the baby and didn’t go into any detail or make any conversation about the pregnancy, which honestly made me feel like a burden and like I just wanted it to be over with because it felt awkward. We can’t have been in the room any longer than 5 minutes total, unlike the advertised 10-15 minutes appointment time, it felt so rushed and was over so quickly, which was underwhelming within itself considering myself, my partner and my mum had travelled over an hour for the appointment.

Honestly, I left feeling really underwhelmed and like I’d wasted my money on something that was meant to be exciting and reassuring. When you’ve paid just under £70 for an experience, one that is intended on reassuring you on a your pregnancy’s progression, I feel it’s right to expect a little more of an in-depth or thorough experience, or at least for the person scanning you to act as if they care, even if it is just for the five minutes that you are in there.

I have visited Hey Baby 4D twice now for early reassurance scans and I can't fault the service we received. The second time we visited we were concerned about the health of our baby and had to wait for a NHS appointment, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and understanding in the circumstances and helped to ease our mind. Definitely worth the time and the money if you ever want a scan without having to wait!

We attended the Middlesbrough branch and from the second we walked in we felt welcome and at ease. We had our gender scan and both thought the light changing colour is such an amazing touch!
Will definatly recommend this branch to others.

Couldn’t fault our experience at hey baby.
We went for an early scan but most recently went for a 4D.
Our baby wasn’t playing ball and we couldn’t get the best pictures of her.
Very kindly they offered us a rescan the week after and the pictures were great. We’re so happy with them.
The receptionist and the sonographer were both lovely. Would highly recommend.

I arranged for my daughter and son in law to have a scan and from the minute they walked in the staff were so helpful, polite and friendly and it was not false it was genuine.
From receptionist to sonographer whom explained things so clearly and made my daughter feel at ease.
So for anyone wanting to have a scan I would recommend HEY BABY 4D ALWAYS.

We had an amazing experience here today, the staff were friendly and welcoming and explained everything to us about the scan and baby’s position. We got some excellent clear photos and videos of our baby, a full report and a free gift which was lovely. I would definitely use this service again.

The lady I seen was amazing. She was so nice, polite and explained everything to me about my worries and even checked some things the nhs wasn't sure about. I am truly grateful.
The atmosphere is so calming and put my anxiety at ease. Very comfortable settings and surroundings.
