We attended the Warwick road branch in Acocks Green! The staff were welcoming and very polite. Showed alot of professionalism and generally reassured us throughout the scan. Very pleased, thankyou.

I had a wonderful experience at Hey Baby 4D Scan. The staff were all lovely, and Larna truly went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had the best possible experience. She was kind, patient, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the scan. The whole visit felt personal and special — I’d definitely recommend Hey Baby to any expectant parents looking for a caring and professional 4D scan service.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful! We were unsure if we could even be pregnant again and with 2 positive tests we just needed to be sure! We were welcomed and offered different scans to make sure everything was checked! We have one baby healthy and in the right place! They made us so comfortable while we were in shock! Thank you

Lovely ladies on Reception however the Sonographer arrived late and didn’t even bother to apologise, wasn’t very chatty which I don’t care about but the scan wasn’t done as thorough as it should have been. Wasn’t talked through anything on the screen and was basically being told everything was ok just to get us out the room so he could see to the rest of the people he was also late for.

Photos were very unclear and expected a transvaginal to be offered due to hardly anything being seen clearly especially with still being before 12 weeks.

Not a great experience and will not be returning as was left feeling very unassured and very underwhelmed.

I recently visited the clinic for a scan and was deeply touched by the care I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism and empathy.

A special thank you to Laana, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, gentle, and incredibly supportive during what was a very emotional time for me. Her calming presence and genuine compassion truly made a difficult day that little bit easier.

It’s rare to come across someone who treats you not just as a patient, but as a human being with emotions and fears. Thank you, Laana — you really made a difference.

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for both expert care and heartfelt support.

The ladies at HeyBaby are absolutely brilliant! Make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. We have been many times throughout our pregnancy and have always really enjoyed the experience. Sonographers are Informative and patient! Would highly recommend!!

Really great service. All the staff there were so lovely and helpful. The atmosphere is very nice too. Definitely worth the money and will be utilising them going forward. Thank you again

Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to be reassured and invited into such a friendly and welcoming environment. The ladies on reception made me feel so comfortable and explained every step. During the scan all steps was explained and would definitely rate this service a 5* thank you agian for having me. See you again soon.

My complaint is about the results. I am a brazilian nurse, and even for me was hard to understand the results. All the measurements come with medical terms initials with no explanations. The references of the results were there, but we have no idea what they mean.

On Friday, March 7th, I had an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, pleasant, and extremely helpful—10/10. However, the lady who assisted us during the scan had a rather rude way of speaking and expressing herself towards us. We were very close to ending the appointment and leaving due to this unpleasant treatment.

Amazing staff and very welcoming. The whole experience was heartwarming. Staff go above and beyond to help make your experience something special.

Was initially recommended by family member. Amazing experience and most friendly staff. Very supportive and reassuring. Had a lovely first experience with them and will be going again. I’ll be recommending them, definitely!

We went for a reassurance scan at 8 weeks. The clinic is very clean, the staff is friendly. The service is impeccable. We have no complaints. This is a great place to get your scan done. They have various packages as well. Highly recommended.
I actually threw up outside, but the receptionist was so nice and understanding. She gave me water and gave us some time before we were seen.

Went for gender scan today. Calvin is a brilliant sonographer and really calm and also gave loads of details!
He was amazing.
Both ladies on reception were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond

I had my vip 4d scan with Sonographer Phlebotomist and i really didn't enjoy it. The whole reason i went there was because i read the reviews beforehand and it says how amazing their service was otherwise i went somewhere else when i had my older daughter. He was so moody and rushed everything and only one or two pictures came out clear and the rest was pointless! The appointment was for 15 minutes and he hardly gave me 8-9 minutes, There was no smile on his face and he didn't talk through anything with me while he was doing the scan. i felt really uncomfortable to even ask him anything to be honest as he looked so miserable. I don't think i will be using hey baby if didn't in the future as i found the experience very unfriendly!
