A very useful marketing, historical documentation, thought baselining service. I had not used before, but our (extremely talented) demand generation contractor arranged the interview at the beginning of their services. I did quick research and realized it was a brilliant service and idea. The actual interview was not only easy, it was enjoyable, and the results - fantastic. We got an Artifact made for our Mom for her birthday. My Father, siblings and I were so nervous at first as we had never done anything like this before, however, ​Lee was awesome! She made us feel so comfortable and was really easy to talk. Her questions were just the right probe to allow us to bring up funny stories or more emotional ones depending on how I felt when answering. Thank you Lee and Artifact!

The interview with my Mom was nothing short of amazing… it was so beautifully done…. Even my teenage daughters sat for the entirety of the interview so impressed by how professional it was… and how much they learned about their grandmother!

Artifact is one of the most original products I’ve seen in recent times. I got it for my cousin’s 21st birthday, after I heard many positive experiences from my friends. My brother and I both got interviewed for the occasion, and from beginning to end it was a uniquely enjoyable experience. The interview was great fun and a fantastic bonding experience with my brother, and the final product literally brought tears (of joy and emotion) to my cousin’s eyes after he heard it. All throughout, service and support was fast and very helpful, and the whole process took roughly a week or so to bring to life this amazing piece of memorable audio. Would definitely recommend!

This site was very easy to use. I did have questions but were immediately answered. I was having my 98 year old father interviewed. His hearing is very poor but he was able to hear Cory, the interviewer. Cory asked my father pertinent questions to keep him focused. The end product is wonderful! My brother and sister were appreciative that I had done this for them. I would highly recommend this to anyone with an elderly parent. I learned things about my dad's life that I had never heard before. It will be a living memory.
