went to use it for the first time and bits came off as I was trying to sleep, luckily I noticed.
Contacted customer service ( ha ha ah ah joke) and they wanted to partial refund or make ME pay to return a dangerous item. Item is being returned but full video has been sent to trading standards

Scam, many consumer laws broken here but the company doesn't care as they aren't UK based so don't adhere to any laws. AVOID AND REPORT THIS COMPANY

An absolute con! It simple does not pump air which is the whole point of CPAP. Please do not fall for it.

Absolute rubbish snoring device. This company should be reported and removed. They are scammers.

My order has never arrived, the delivery website directed me to the company, where everything was written in Chinese, couldn't even find the option to convert the language.
I was in at the time mentioned by delivery company and can ck firm my item.has never been delivered!!!

BEWARE! I bought the micro sleep apnoea machine and it arrived after 5 days. Absolutely useless. Couldn't even keep it in my nose to try it as it just keeps falling out. Not fit for purpose. No surprise the Hexexare website reviews are all 5 star. I should have been more cautious and checked Trustpilot first as the reviews here are spot on.
I've checked with the company and they say as it doesn't fit that doesn't imply a fault, so no refund. £25 down the drain.
Buyers beware. Please don't make the same mistake as we all have.

I bought the toothbrush, paid through PayPal,
broke in a week. PayPal says they will refund if I pay shipping to Hong Kong. Most companies provide a prepaid postage label. DON'T use this company.

Mini CPAP is a waste of money - useless product. No straps; emailed and was told to try a DIY improvise. There were no instructions included, these were emailed to me. Hexecare have not replied to my latest email. Product itself ineffective and kept falling off. Buyer beware!

The products are a scam . Sent from Hong Kong and are cheap plastic . There is no way to return item and it’s all junk. I tried to email but no instructions are given to return item. I was told shipping would be more expensive than what I paid for the item. I bought a back shaver . It arrived over 20 days late and has no sharp razor to cut . It’s a complete waste of money don’t buy from this company it’s a total scam !!!

Having purchased the veneers before Christmas 2025 and having paid for quicker delivery ,I was absolutely shocked and disgusted with the size (so called one size fits all) as LOOKING at them and not even trying them, I could see they are more the size of childrens after holding next to my face and looking in a mirror could clearly see they are they useless. When I get address will be returning them for total (extra postage) refund. Buyer BEWARE.

If I could give one star I would. Pathetic. Also sent it back for a refund and then months later they sent it back to me. Disgusted.

This so-called 'Mini CPAP Machine' (sold by Hexecare) is absolutely 'not fit for purpose'. Utterly useless. When you remove the nose shield you can see the two tiny plastic fans which are supposed to provide sufficient air current to alleviate sleep apnea - it's a total waste of money. I requested a full refund without paying return postage as under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the item is 'not fit for purpose'. They gave me a refund without quibble to be fair to them and I didn't have to return it. On closer inspection I realised their reviews are fake, the same names crop up repeatedly and variations on the names with 99% giving it 5 stars, also their business phone number is invalid. Avoid!

Ordered the mini CPAP machine as I read the reviews on the website, I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. The first one arrived in an opened box with no instructions,and the silicone nose piece was slightly stretched so wouldn't stay on, also the charging point on the machine was askew so it didn't fit and couldn't be charged. I think it was a faulty return.
I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement this has been in use for 3 weeks and it hasn't improved my slight sleep apnoea.
Absolute rip off and complete waste of money.

Ordered the sleep apnea devices which although delivered fast are firstly not silent and designed clearly for noses which are tiny. I don't have big nostrils but these may just about fit a small child. Trying to get in contact for a refund and despite chases getting no response what so ever,

Ordered a product went to the wrong address sent me photograth with the wrong letterbox am still waiting for a response

Do not purchase the teeth veneers. The product quality is woeful and of no use. The reviews on the official Hexcare site are misleading and do not reflect how dreadful the product design and quality is . Caviat Emptor

Ignore all there reviews on there site as its just paid actors no genuine reviews at all there snap on veneers are absolutely shocking
1) they do not fit all jaw lines if you got even a slightly off jaw they will not fit and will not clip in like they say they do
2) its a scam site so avoid at all costs the price is clearly to good to be true as they are misleading customers deliberately to get fraud people out of money

Like everyone else who has posted on here I purchased one of these units in the hope that it might help my sleep, and like everyone else on here I found that it didn't.
I sent them an email stating that under the Consumer Act 2015 I was rejecting the device due to it being unfit for purpose.
They responded saying that I could have a full refund if I returned the device at my expense, or a 60% refund and keep the device.
I responded stating that under the Consumer Act 2015 the cost of return was their responsibility, they responded saying that I would receive a full refund and could keep the device. I will give them their due, the full refund was made promptly.
Motto, stand your ground.
