Terrible customer service and returns
I ordered a pair of jeans and they arrived different from the image, so I wanted to return them but they contacted me saying that I would have to send them to China and pay for the shipping myself! On the site it was written that returns would be free. Terrible service, they are not serious.
Don’t buy from hesntls!

Free shipping and no tax? Sign me up anytime. More brands should start doing free shipping and should manage to deliver the orders within a week just as Hesntls does.

Returns are not free or hassle free. They cost a fortune to return as returning to china with tracked delivery. And then if lost they refuse to refund. Then poor customer service adds to the hassle and stress. I would order from somewhere more reputable - save the money and stress

We specifically mentioned to return it with tracking, so even if it gets lost, the post-office you chose to send it with will be held liable.
Unfortunately, in the event when a return parcel is lost, you'll have to look for the post-office you sent it with as it's not within our control for a return parcel.

Think twice. No refunds. Exchanges take 2 months for UK customers.
I bought a pair of jeans from Hesntls. There was nothing wrong with the jeans however I felt they didn’t suit me and so I wanted to refund them. Hesntls does not do refunds, which is not illegal but I feel it is unfair as they are an online store meaning you don’t have the opportunity to see / try the clothes on before buying them.
Please think twice before buying from a company that does not offer refunds.

The quiality and size is terrible
The quiality and size is terrible, my shorts have been washed 10 times and are now splitting apart like paper.
And ordered all my jeans in size 36, everything fits like a 32 when compared to H/M.
Also it is dropshipping so no brand identity, just some people tryna make easy money, how can you have a modern shop and have shipping time of over 14 days.

Not sure which shorts you're referring to, but we have shorts that we made in 2017, and still holding strong till date.
Our sizes follows international sizing guide ie (USA/MEX) and fits true to size for most of our jeans with some models fitting smaller (due to no spandex being weaved into the fabric) and this is always mentioned in the description.
We do not dropship and all items are manufactured in-house with our own labels and packaging with a proprietary blend fabric for our denim. Happy to send photos of our warehouse if needed :)
As for the delivery time, we're offering free shipping on no minimum order, and we're bearing the cost of shipping and any custom fees and/or taxes. We're pretty sure you didn't get taxed on your order.
Based on our customer feedback, over 95% of them are willing to sacrifice a longer waiting time, in exchange for free shipping and zero taxes since we covered them.
