Hermex are very proactive and keen to understand our foreign exchange needs and provide solutions. We have a monthly USD requirement and a less frequent EUR requirement so are not a big customer but Joseph appreciates that we still want a good deal and provides updates and alerts on USD and EUR movements. Last week when the USD peaked we fixed our rate, on Josephs recommendation, for settlement this week and saved over £1,000. Hermex provide a personal service whatever size your FX requirements are.

These guys are very good. They look after you and keep you informed at all times. We do run e-commerce company and some stock we purchase from Asia, so good exchange rates and transfer time are extremely important.
