About a year ago, following the advice from Hermes Business Solutions, we switched from a traditional landline to a VoIP solution. Not only did this come with a range of additional useful features, but it also turned out to be cheaper than what we had before. Over the past 12 months, we experienced a couple of technical issues, but we did not have to deal with the telecoms service provider ourselves; instead, Hermes as our first point of contact dealt with the problems in a swift and competent manner. So far so good!

Scammed, Lied to and left with no service.

Do not sign anything with this company. Ive just had my first born and have been left with no service or aftercare from being renewed for a service that was working perfectly fine before they got involved. The original company I had the service installed with always fixed any issues and now because the service is not managed by them we have to pay for a call out when previously this was included! This may not even fix the problem and Pete said there is nothing he can do. This was also not made clear and I was told not to contact them I feel have been scammed. I rely heavily on the internet for phone signal and now feel vulnerable as a result. Im disgusted at how I’ve been treated not to mention I'm now paying more than i ever did. Do yourself a favour don’t get caught like me.

After dealing with Pete for a number of years I have found him to be the most deceitful human ever.
I would never trust him in any capacity ever again, so much I’m having to take legal action.
I would not recommend him for any work, be well advised and stay well clear.

So glad you have named my company and the
mis-selling of products that then tried to get more money for correcting your mistake.
Couldn't even get an insurance policy correct (profit first, nothing else matters).

Really impressed with our installation. We had several visits from Graham regarding the siting of the dish and router and various other queries we had. Very helpful throughout the whole process. We've had mobile Internet for almost 2 months now and we're delighted with it. Thanks again.

From the first meeting to delivery Pete and his team showed a real interest in our business, asked questions to find out how our business operated, what issues we had then built a solution around our specific needs. We are a busy restaurant and bar, we have taken Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband, Hosted Phone System, EPoS till system and Card Machines. We would highly recommend for all services!

The customer service and technical service was second to none. From ordering to installing everything was dealt with professionally, friendly and speedy. I have had this service for just under a month now with extreme winter conditions and the product itself has also been excellent.

Having struggled with very poor broadband for a number of years we are delighted with the 4/5g ariel solution. I totally recommend Hermes from prompt survey through to installation and follow up service. The engineers were brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and left everything tidy. I really am delighted with the service and work carried out, moreover Hermes was just a lovely company to work with.

Hermès solutions were engaged to help with a complex refurbishment that involved removing 5 meter accounts from one building and getting us connected to 3 - both gas and electricity. Some of the energy suppliers were horrendous to deal with -leaving Pete the energy consultant on the phone for days, weeks, months in a loop of terrible on hold music. But he persevered and it all came good. He’s been so helpful at every step of the way - even now when the work is completed I asked a question and he helped immediately. They can help you with all your utilities and in my experience worn stop until you and they are completely satisfied that it’s a job well done.

Massive thank you to everyone at Hermes Business Solutions for my new phone system and card machine. I run a small repair business and have been able to increase my marketing budget because of it!

I am self employed and rely on wi-fi connectivity in my home to effectively manage my business. Due to two house moves last year, one temporary and one permanent, I needed to find a speedy solution to maintaining active broadband for a few months. Hermes Business Solutions guided me through the process of setting up a wi-fi dongle arrangement which worked brilliantly and proved to be very cost effective. I would have been lost without it during the moves and the inevitable disruption to my home broadband services. Without doubt, Hermes Business Solutions LTD has saved this business hundreds, if not thousands of pounds. Pete listened to what my preferences were, came back with a quote that reflected what I was asking for the same day. We got all the paperwork completed and I received the hardware a day later. I couldn't ask for any better service than I received!
