Finally the shoes I ordered arrived after 1 month. They came in the wrong size (men's 10 instead of womens) & are of terrible quality. There is a 30 day return policy, but they want me to pay for the shipping, all the way to China! They made the mistake! It's a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERMANSE SIMONE. I placed an order in September and haven’t received anything. I sent an email in December requesting a status update and haven’t received any response. The website is also no longer available on Shopify. TOTAL SCAM!!

I bought a necklace in good faith- over £30 and additional postage. It never arrived and when I emailed their support address- my message bounced back! SCAM

SCAM!!!! Ordered a necklace that I didnt like - called for return authorization, which they gave to me. I had to pay shipping myself, and when they received it the wrote "return to sender" on the envelope and it was sent back to me. So now I am out the cost of the necklace and the cost of shipping!!! I have called and emailed them multiple times, and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is fraud! Never delivered my goods and kept my money!

Hermanse Simone are cheats. They couldn’t deliver for some reason and the item was returned to them, so they KEPT MY MONEY and said HAVE A NICE DAY. They are fraudsters DO NOT BUY!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
They have an awful customer service or maybe I should say there’s no such customer service. Their jewelry is very poor quality and poorly made. Their so called “good” reviews are fake and every time I post a bad review on FB, they delete it. Don’t waste your money to those fraudsters! I wish I can give them a zero star because one star is a lot for them!

i placed an order with you on 4-27-2024. i called immediately because it showed gold & I wanted silver. You are very slow at answering emails & very bad at refunding according to your website. I did send this order back but you claim that I didn't send it. Will add to the complaints on your website! How do u stay in business with all those complaints? Didn't see even one good remark. I ordered a necklace which is confirmed.
Several days later still no signal when it will arrive with me. The only mails I get talk about discounts. But he I bought a necklace and did not receive anything yet and again no signal at all!! Dubious!

Purchased quite a few products with high hopes. The heart necklace tarnished after one use. I thought I'd be able to buff it back ....NOPE!!! Pure garbage and the customer service's response was: "As per production team, all the necklaces we sent are in this way the jewelry will lose the shinning after you wear it after it meets the liquid or sweat from your hands."
Their words!!! DON'T waste hard earned money on this garbage.

Paid £64 for a silver necklace and bracelet set which definitely was not worth the money! The clasp was broken but said on return they would refund my money. The return address is in USA AND PACKAGE COST £12.50 to return not part of any refund policy for damaged goods. Beware of this company.

Absolutely disgraceful company I ordered the love stack bracelet in a size 9 inch they arrived and quite frankly wouldn’t fit a child never mind an adult! I contacted the company who asked for photos which I sent, to which the reply was they didn’t have the size I requested!!!! They don’t have a returns service only ask that I pay to return it to them!! The bracelet is made from rubbish metal and is the worst £40 I’ve ever lost!! Disgusting scam company!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

This so-called online shop is a BIG SCAM. They took my money for two orders two months ago and have not delivered anything. They come up with the most lame excuses and lies. They lied about having refunded me one order and shipping the other order. DO NOT TOUCH AND ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE FRADUDS!

GARBAGE! This jewelry photographs nicely, but it is the WORST junk. It's made of crappy metal, poorly made...you may as well buy something in the Walmart markdown department....you'll get better jewelry.

If I could give zero stars I would contacted the company because it’s not the correct size bracelet I ordered didn’t have a reply for ages when I did I was told it would be passed on to someone else still no response absolutely shocking

I brought 2 of their necklaces, the items are cheap and tarnished. I contacted the company they don't have an actual returns policy just said send the items back. I have left a review under the item but what a surprise it hasn't been posted to their website, don't be fooled by the fabulous reviews.

The necklace looks cheap and shoddily made. Not even removed from the cellophane package before coming to this decision. Hate being fooled so am returning and hoping my payment will be refunded soon. Postage will cost a lot as I intend to insure it! (Why I ask….) do not waste your time with this company!

I am in the process of getting a refund via PayPal. Do not touch this company. I ordered a bracelet set in 23cm it arrived too small. Only a 19cm bracelet. I returned royal mail tracked and they are saying they never got it. Do not use, they are a scam.

Poor quality, and just 3 days before it proved to be too faulty to wear.

After reading all the wonderful reviews on the Facebook selling post I was persuaded to invest. Firstly delivery took a month, but I was as patient, only to be so very disappointed with what finally arrived. Lightweight rubbish. The design I chose had a bar bracelet. The bar dislodged within 20 minutes of wearing. Fell out several times over the next couple of days despite placing it on very tight, to finally fall whilst commuting never to be seen again.

Seriously though, save your money.
