I went in for options on a car loan
I went in for options on a car loan. Wasn't given any options other than finding a car and coming to the bank to get money during regular business hours.

Shelbyville Tn review
Shelbyville TN branch no longer has the small town feel. I use to walk in and know everybody working. The whole atmosphere has changed and not for the better. Also the debit cards suck. Im only a few more declined transactions away from finding a new bank. Its getting old going in a store and looking broke and stupid because my card has a "glitch".

I usually go to the drive thru and have always had a pleasant experience. Just about everyone who waits on me knows who I am and that means so much! Everyone is always friendly and eager to go that extra mile if needed!

I have always felt welcomed when I got into a branch. The tellers are all friendly. I want to give a special thanks to Amanda W at the Lewisburg branch. She’s phenomenal. I love knowing that Heritage has my back.

Courteous employees
A service company, which you are, is only as good as its customer facing employees. Those employees are the reason I rated my experience “Great”. If I had an issue or question, it was quickly acknowledged & resolved whether via messaging, the phone or in person.
