Horrible experience. The so called "Carer" was literally forcing food down my throat. Making me cough and sick. Because I hadn't eaten in a couple of days " You must eat it", he said. He was evil. He kepts spooning food in my mouth after told him feel sick. Should have started off with something light. Said some Complan, and he didn't even know what it is! He should have gone to the shop and got me some Complan. I was frightened. Very bad experience.

I have been using this care company for the last 18 months. I was hesitant at first to use a care company but this one been perfect they understand, listern and treat me with dignity. They help me where I need from my physio to my mental health and it feels so good that I can rely on a health care service I can trust. I thank them every day for their hard work, dedication and make me feel like im not trapped but have a friend I can rely on. I recommend this care service to all as they are reliable and kind a rare find for any care company nowadays.

I am writing to provide feedback on my experience with Heritage Healthcare Rochdale, which has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. On a recent occasion, the carers assigned to my mother were over an hour and a half late for their scheduled visit, which nearly resulted in a life-threatening situation for her.

My mother, who suffers from severe health conditions including stoke, and bedridden , lung damage, diabetes, and dementia, relies on timely care for her well-being. Despite the scheduled visit time being 7am, by 8:30 am, no carers had arrived. Instead, NHS workers discovered her in a critical state, with dangerously low oxygen levels and blood sugar due to not receiving her medications and meals on time.

When I contacted the manager, Stacey, for an explanation, her response was shockingly indifferent, suggesting that they couldn't guarantee arrival times and didn't have additional staff to assist. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially considering it's not an isolated incident; they have been consistently late more than 15 times a month.

I have taken immediate action by reporting this to the Care Quality Commission, providing evidence of their failure to meet basic care standards. I urge other families and patients to reconsider using Heritage Healthcare Rochdale's services and to report any issues to the appropriate authorities.

Attached are images as proof of their tardiness and improper care practices, including feeding my mother in an incorrect position and placing her in a chair improperly.

Quite happy with Heritage Healthcare, Darlington. I was in hospital a few weeks ago, although I hadn't cancelled one of my calls, Heritage took it upon themselves to cancel the call so I was unable to go home that evening, so I had to stay in hospital for 1 more night.
I'm very happy with the care I receive from the carers & since I came out of hospital, the company have provided me with 2 carers rather than 1 while I'm advised to stop in bed & unable to roll as well as I used to although my strength is improving. Thank you.

I have always found Heritage Healthcare Ltd to be a friendly, helpful and professional in my dealings with them. A very dear friend is using their services at the moment and she is very happy with the carers she has. On occasions when I have had to telephone or email them, they have been very helpful. Their first priority is the person they are helping which, of course, is how it should be!
