Product did not work at all. I bought the product to help with sleeping. I continued to stay awake.

the sleep aid made me have intense headaches
My experience was more with the sleep aid. The sleep aid doesn’t work well for me. I bought two bottles with hopes that it would work and I got extensive intense headaches from taking it.
