I don't order online from Here's Health a lot but I do buy from their stores. All of the staff are helpful, informative and accommodating. I have shopped with them for many years and will continue to do so in the future.

My €12 Reuben Sandwich arrived with a smearing of sauce between a thick sour dough bread. I bit into it and found there was little to no filling. Actually two pieces of 1/4” thick meat by 1” long oh and a piece so tiny I thought it was a pickle.I returned it and said what happened to the filling? She apologised ,so I asked for a tuna melt sandwich…..I left that on the table as like Reuben, the tuna had migrated from my sandwich .
For this cafe to charge this amount for what they supply is an absolute disgrace….By the way when I had my tuna sandwich delivered,the waiter threw it on the table without saying a word…they must be used to returns…For the good of your mental health stay out of Here’s Health Cafe….their food is thick on bread, low on filling and tasteless….I won’t be back…EVER.

My experience with Here's Health, as always, is very good. I have made at least 3 or 4 online orders this year -usually with a number of items per order - and they always arrive very promptly, carefully packaged, and if any issues ever arise, they will sort it for you. So I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them, a very trustworthy business that you can order from with confidence.
