Sadly the item we purchased, 3m x 3m Replacement Roof Cover - Hercules S32 / Titan Hex40 - Navy
Did not fit the frame.
I will be following this up directly with the company for a replacement or refund

Owned the same previous model gazebo
Owned the same previous model gazebo, which lasted me 10yrs. The newer model is even better, especially with the zip together sides.

Still fighting for my full refund
An item was returned within the appropriate timeframe. The order number was written on the outside and an email sent requesting my return.
Simply due to a “note” not being added to the parcel I received just half the refund back due to admin costs!
The fact that this item cost me £8 to mail back and the fact the item was sent back in a resaleable, perfect condition has left me feeling very angry that I am still fighting for the rest of the refund to be granted.
Also I’m a return customer after previously ordering my Hercules gazebo with you.
Very, very poor customer service.

We apologise if this was not explained clearly previously.
The item was returned to us without any prior notice by email and there was no note included with the order explaining the reason for the return. As we had not been notified of the return in advance, the return reason was automatically recorded as “Changed My Mind”.
As the return was classified as “Changed My Mind” and the item was found to be free from fault, the applicable refund deduction was applied. This category includes reasons such as an accidental order, ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.
As the item was not faulty and there was no issue with the item or our service a refund was issued inline with our returns and refund policy.
We hope this clarifies the reason for the refund amount.

Damage to item after minimal use
The delivery was quick. However after using the gazebo just twice, the bag around the wheels has completely ripped exposing the wooden supports. It has been in storage and then put into a car for transportation so definitely shouldn’t have that amount if any damage

Brilliant customer service
Bought a Gazebo recently and had an issue with the delivery company, only delivering 1 of 2 packages, Contacted the guys at Hercules and the result was an example of outstanding customer service, responses were fast and helpful, eventually sorting the issue,
This is the second gazebo I've bought and would highly recommend this company.

Yes a human being responded straight away, this along with the answers I was looking for resulted in me placing an order straight away and as I have dealt with Hercules gazebos before I have no doubt I will be more than happy with my purchase. Don't doubt Hercules they will exceed expectations and you'll be happy you purchased from them.
