Portal does not respond to any mails and you will know status after it gets shipped. Till then you are kept in the dark raising anxiety

There product page says that product will be delivered in 10 days, it has been 10 days since order the product is not even dispatched yet and they don't reply to emails as well.

Pathetic response time and looks totally fraud
Have a ordered 2 products worth 4k. My order no is 2424. Ordered it in june. No response. Totally pathetic and fraudulent. Do not order from here.

It's been more than a month, no update!!
Such an unresponsive team, it's been a month, no update on order, I don't know if it has been moved or not.
I paid 900rs just for shipping, the product was cheaper than that.
This was really disappointing, I wish I saw the reviews before ordering, I was desperate I guess.

Fraud! Cheated ME!
Its been a month I have not received my order. Nor is it showing movement. It is stuck at confirmed.. I am alarmed at reading other peoples reviews today saying they did not receive their order even after months. I am taking it up with consumer court forum now!
