Don't buy from this company. The product I received was not what I'd ordered. It had a different purpose to the product I'd ordered. Scam advertising on FB.

I wouldn't even give it a one.star but you have to to be able to write a review. All I can say is avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

They send out fake goods and then keep your money even though they say there refund you but they offer you a pathetic 5% of what you paid, when you keep asking for your money they may go up to 40% if your lucky. They say they send out your goods then send a random parcel taken if front of a brick wall as evidence your parcel was delivered. Then insult you offering a5% of your hard earned money because you never recieved the goods but this random fake picture is apparently there proof of delivery for them to keep our money.
This company blows me away of how they have been able to advertise and keep trading fake goods without so far being looked over by trading standards.
Well im going to make it a mission to get them looked over im sick to death getting items on line that look amazing and are purely fake and a rubbish after care company 😡

This company needs to have a class action law suit taken against them & shut down!!

Do Not Purchase anything from this company. The products are different from adverts. They do NOT work. 35 emails later I'm still waiting for my refund under their "30 day 100% Money back Guarante"
The emails are generic!
They just change recipients names. all a ploy to leave the purchaser hanging while they have your money!!
Report them to your Bank/Credit card company as Fraud operators you Will get your money back.
I have reported them to all the payment businesses they use.
This firm are Not Trustworthy its a disgrace what they are at. They need to be shut down from scamming people!!

0 stars if possible. DO NOT USE!!!! Numerous emails to get my refund and it's been back and forth with 4 different people for 3 weeks. No one reads the previous emails, they gaslight me, and I swear their goal is to make you go mentally insane so you forget about the refund your entitled to. No one to call, GARBAGE COMPANY!!

The eye cream advertised on Facebook does not work, so as advertised I asked for a refund. 37 emails later still not resolved. Not a great company. If you are going to advertise something then honour it!!!!

I’m VERY disappointed in their LIP SERUM . Claims to plump up thin and wrinkled lips, followed by false reviews, obviously overrated. Having used this serum for over two weeks, there’s no visible improvement.

Like others, I did not get what I ordered. Took 3 1/2 weeks to get the wrong thing. So tired of getting ripped off.

Product isa scam and company do not honour their satisfaction guarantee. Raised a complaint through PayPal and PayPal found in favour of the company. Stay away from this product and company.

Product does not work and the satisfaction guarantee is a lie- it amounts to 15% back. Once you have tried the priduct they won’t take it back for hygiene reasons. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This company is a scam. Save your money as none of their products work.

Herbionyx is now masquerading as Adviralvant, so you order from a company that comes up clean and then find you've purchased from con artists, they upped the price, changed the product, which I haven't received , to one I don't want, and they just string you along on their answers to your complaint, so glad I used paypal, at least I'll get my money back.

They tricked me into buying something I don't want. Can't seem to contact them. I wanted the face mask but not the other thing they managed to make me pay for. Be careful withe them!

Do not buy from this company. The products do not work and their refund promise is an absolute joke and not in a funny way. They offered only a third of what I paid as a refund which was £9.00 and then said there would a €15 charge for a bank transfer fee. Absolutely disgusting customer service

This company is dangerous and wrong doing. I went to order something and before I could give my details, they quickly said on my computer "Thank you for your order and took the money out of my bank without my permission. How did they know my address and my credit card details. I did not enter them. It is very worrying

They are a horrible company . I ordered something , it never arrived due to their error , was sent back to them and they will not refund me in full . Deducting shipping , handling , restocking etc . Do not order from them .

Do not use them once thay have your details thay will send you stuff you didn’t order and then it will take weeks trying to get your money back which you dont in the end first that tell you to refuse the parcel it’s the fastest way of getting the return and then once you return it they tell you that the way you have returned it is wrong and you won’t get a refund because of it so they are constantly contradicting their selves just so I don’t have to pay you out don’t go anywhere near them

1 star because I can't give less, Lush Lips plumping lip oil that is not oil at all! Water based gel that dry my lips even worse. Doesn't work for me and they know why.
When I email them, first offered me a 15% refund! Not being agree with this miserable "offer" they doble it to 30% and I get to keep the product that doesn’t work for me. Scamers!!!
