Totally legitimate. I also use hub420 and broccolinugs and anyone in the know uses these as well as they are also legit. I do find the herbalist tea rooms products to be the best quality and I have had absolutely no problems at all.

HT are back to normal now, package came in 2 days (free post) taped up again so all good.
Nice old skool Morrocan hash (UK shop), warmed up enough in hand to make a J, tastes like 'pollen' hash. Nice change from the soft hash flooding market at mo.

Firstly, a big thank you to HRT who were helpful throughout my first order, I was aware of the delays caused by the mailing system (Beyond HRT's control) with backlogs et cetera. To those nervous/panicked customers, I would always suggest you remember who takes the risk in these transactions and to always treat those who are attempting to help you as you would like to be treated yourself. They have built trust with me immediately and I cannot find fault with any part of the process, from product, to payment to packaging, well done HRT, I will return soon

this is a 2nd and 3rd order update.

Ordered In December, last order on the 18th. Both arrived, paid for special delivery. Last package wasn't heat sealed to the extent that it was airtight and I could smell it as the postman handed it to me. I haven't placed a new order due to the feedback left recently by other buyers. Hopefully these issues are related to Christmas etc. Non-communication with customers seems to be a sticking point that could save people lots of worry about whether their parcel will arrive or whether they have been ripped off.

Just a quick review. I’ve placed a new order and am happy to confirm the quality of previous products. However it would be helpful if you could respond to e mails more frequently. I say this as someone who suffers from anxiety not out of a desire to nag!!

I've been a customer for about a year now and am mostly quite happy.

These guys do always deliver (at least from personal experience so far) but I don't think I've ever received my orders without a bit of a gentle nudge. Doesn't seem to matter if I wait 3-4 days or 7+ days after placing the order to give them a bit of a poke wondering where the order is - usually the product arrives very soon after I reach out.

For example - I put my most recent order in on Dec 25, a few days later they updated the website to reflect orders placed after 11am on Dec 31 wouldn't arrive till after the New Year's bank holidays so I shot them an email on the 30th to check up on my order. Well, I don't have it yet, but I'm confident it was put in the mail that day or the next and will be in my mailbox when post resumes....(definitely a bit stressful to be out of pocket so much money and have no real clue when the purchase is going to arrive though).

The product quality has been reliably good (I go for sativa bud). I bought some indica hashish from them once which was an absolute dud - no effects whatsoever - but really, everything else has been top notch.

Summary:
Pretty good bud - unreliable delivery.

Recommendation for future customers:
Be patient, be friendly, follow up politely & and order well in advance so that when it's running late you don't find yourself in a pinch.

Recommendation for HTR:
Keep up the good work! Thanks for providing this service! It would be great to be able to know when an order is put in the mail and to get a tracking number or something all automatically. Definitely would make it feel less stressful for the customer.
