10 out of 10 customer service. this company REALLY look after their customers. placed an order during a postal strike, so i was expecting a delay anyway. received an email saying it had been shipped by courier and id receive a free bottle of oil for the trouble (very very generous!) order arrived next next day, so their wasnt a delay anyway. product was of a VERY high quality as usual. i cant recommend this company enough. very happy customer!

Had a problem with an order after contacting the company they did all they could to sort the problem had the replacement order sent out to me promptly great experience would be happy to shop here again.
